What should be obvious to any conservative who has read this far:
If you value your own freedom…
If you value the Second Amendment (and the others, too)…
If you want a future that’s worth living….
… then it’s time to pack up and GET OUT of California and other “new-slave” states like it, and emigrate into one of the remaining “free states” — even if doing some comes at considerable financial cost and personal sacrifice.
Remain in California, and you should understand what’s coming.

Perhaps this issue has long ago been addressed? I wonder if the legal concept of “minor” as compared to “adult” already covers the issue of a retarded adult, who is the ward of a non-retarded adult having the right to own/carry a firearm.
IIRC, in most states, a minor does not have the gun rights of an adult.

Legally registered California guns is an oxymoron. There are no legal gun registrations in California.
They are illegally using the Form 4473s that are supposed to be destroyed after sale, as a defacto registration. Completely illegal, but no California court would ever rule that way.
