President Obama's grassroots campaign organization is pressing supporters to switch out their Facebook profile picture with a black and white gun control sign.
Organizing for America is distributing the digital signs that read: "I am one of the 92 percent of Americans who support universal background checks."
In an email, OFA said, "There's another simple thing you can do right now to show the overwhelming support for universal background checks: Take this sign and put it somewhere folks will see it -- in your window, on your desk, or maybe upload it as your Facebook profile picture."

How cool would it be to figure out a way to stick this graphic in your tag line?
That target picture is driving me crazy. The face resembles that of a young man from Tucson who was killed in Afghanistan a few months prior to this photo being taken. Just the face. The young man was a sniper who trained Afghan soldiers.

They are referring to the Quinnipiac University poll from Feb, 2013.
It is a twisting of what was actually asked.

What is glaringly obvious by it’s absence is an exact description of what comprises a “universal background check” because it never did ask that question.
It also does not differentiate between a private sale and a FFL sale when referring to “gun buyers.”
Here is the actual question...
38. Do you support or oppose requiring background checks for all gun buyers?
So of course the question is vague in that it only says “background checks.”
NOT universal background checks.
But when it comes out of the communists’ mouth it has transformed into...
