He got his nose broken in jail. State of NY is in deep now. Just give him a few million, apologize and let him go. Unless he was drinking soda, of course.

I read stories like this in amazement, trying to wrap my head around it, but i just can’t. There is not one single brain cell in my head that can understand the mentality behind the progressive liberal’s world view that sees guns as bad — a thing that should be outlawed— and pedophiles with ankle bracelets as good — people who should be let out of jail.
All you NY conservatives need to pack your bags and move down to Texas. Now.
He was running free from his previous arrest. That judge really protected the public by letting this guy be out of jail didn’t he? I hope that judge can’t sleep well for the rest of his or her life. Anybody with child porn should be locked up and never see the outside again.

My view is that any judge that releases these types of people - they have to stay in the judge’s house, or in a house on the judge’s block. The judge lives in the community, and is part of the community. I think we’d see a real change in who gets released, real fast.

BUT if the “PERPS” think the possibility of you having a weapon is high, chances are you will not be accosted.
