Polls about gay marriage are probably not reflective of the population as a whole if conducted in San Francisco or if you restrict the pollees to liberal (and probably gay) college students...You know how they run these polls

You’re in denial. It’s really happening.

We (moral, God fearing and (trying) to obey The Ten Commandment people), will end up as only a fraction of the demographics. Probably in the 20s percentage-wise. Since the one Fibonacci number in the 20s is 21, that’s where I guess we’ll be. Not even one third. None of this should surprise Our Shepard’s flock.

This poll, just like all the election polls that people claimed were "skewed" (but which turned out to be correct) attempts to get the most accurate cross-section of respondents, corresponding to the country as a whole, as is possible.

Have we learned nothing from all of the "unskewed polls"/Romney Landslide/etc. stuff during the last election? Turning a blind eye to poll results doesn't make them go away.
