That poor little boy whose parents are letting him play his silly 'I'm a girl' game in school are mentally abusing him. If, G-d forbid, he ends up committing suicide in his teens because the world will not change to suit him you know who will be blamed? Not himself for being off in the head, not his parents for encouraging his psychosis, oh no, it will be everyone else's fault for trying to remind him 'You know, you're not actually a girl.' Because we can't warp our minds to accommodate his insanity.

This is the new thing in middle schools. It’s gone beyond “Maybe I’m gay” to “Maybe I’m transgender.”
Bizarre. I had a teacher tell me that she has girl students dressing boyishly, and they tell her they are trying to figure out if they’re transgender. One? A confused kid. A handful of girls? A world gone crazy.
Being a tomboy or a Sissy is one thing, playing dress-up another. But altering your body chemistry and self-mutilation in the service of what is clearly a delusion is just plain wrong. Shame on you, psychiatric and surgical industries. You are humoring people into madness.
I’d ask what’s next, amputating limbs because the patient thinks they’re possessed? But that’s already happening, I think. Worst of allow, maybe, is how they’re letting little kids decide their “gender” for themselves, or possible coercing kids into believing they’re the other kind. Which prior to puberty is absolutely insane. Everyone should remember how much you change from 12-13 to adulthood at 18 or so, physiologically, psychologically, emotionally, intelligence-wise. How would you have liked your 12year old self dictate what you at 18 would look like, think, and feel. Madness!
Girl students dressed boyishly and vice versa when I went to school. They probably have since time immemorial. It’s kinda hard not to, considering how sex neutral clothes are these days. This was in the 90s. I don’t remember, or they didn’t publicize, kids switching sides. Certainly I never heard of hormones treatments or genital mutilation.

They don’t cut the penis off. There’s a video on YouTube of a male-to-female ‘surgery’. I watched it out of curiousity and you would be absolutely horrified by what they do to the penis and testicles.
I’m not sure how the breasts are flattened.

Honestly, I've come to the conclusion the only reason that thought even crossed their minds is because the concept of sex [and all its contemporary versions] on a personal level is introduced to children WAY before they brain has developed well enough to handle it.
As a child, I dressed boyishly in school, too, and I would have laughed in my friend's faces if they came over to play "Cowgirls and Indians".
Not once did it ever made me question my sexual identity..... I was just a 'tomboy'.
