This passage illustrates my Winter personality. Only yesterday, my crocuses and a couple of my daffodils finally bloomed. I can't recall a year in which they have been so late.

Tonight’s posting of “The Grey-Haired Brigade” is dedicated to the gallant Navy Seal Vets, Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty, who fell in combat 11Sep2012 in Benghazi, Libya.

God Bless them for doing their best, and giving their all, despite their government not caring, to protect an American Ambassador and 30+ survivors.

We will never forget their bravery.
