When I first glanced at the title my Dyslexia gave me B52-particle.
Kim Jong-un upon seeing the BUFF’s fly over Pyongyang requested his advisors to: “Bring me my Brown pants”
The original pilots of the planes are no longer alive.
Actually considering the NOKs probably have air defenses at least as capable as those from the Vietnam Era, I’d rather these planes, if it came to that, be used for stand off cruise missile blasts, nukes if necessary. I don’t want to see another aged 52-H heading toward the ground out of control.
The B-52's won't be making first strike runs, at least not with gravity bombs.
Like in Iraq, the B-52's will wait until all the anti-aircraft defenses are eliminated by HARM's. The US will own the sky over North Korea and be able to fly with impunity, at least above the range of MANPADs.
I did some contract work at Andersen, just seeing those planes up close and personal was amazing.
One afternoon they did a fly-by, in formation, at about 500 feet. It was a proud day....
another poorly written headline.
we are conducting peactice raids on NK? who are we using NK to practice for? maybe i’ve just been around technical writers and illustrators too long.
“The original pilots of the planes are no longer alive.”
There are still B-17 and B-29 pilots alive so you might want to dial down the drama just a skosh.
Thanks Fennie. Love Shack, baby.
