Members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) presented an alternative budget for the 2013 fiscal year that they said slashes deficits, eliminates the sequester and protects those programs which are safety nets for the most vulnerable.
"Since 1981, the CBC has presented alternate budgets which lowers deficits and alleviates harm in a fiscally sound manner," said CBC Chairman Marcia Fudge (D-Ohio). "I do not believe we should sacrifice the community to balance the budget."
"I'm extremely proud of this budget. I think it's the best one offered so far."

I’d be very interested in knowing how they will ‘slash’ the deficit.
My guess is huge tax increases or outright confiscation of (other’s) property.

Since the poverty level is defined as the fifth quintile of household incomes, there will always be about 20% of households in poverty.
I would not be at all surprised if they had the audacity to put “reparations” in there somewhere (discounting all the “reparations” we’ve already paid through various programs over the decades). Of course they’re “proud” of their budget-who would dare to point out any mistakes in a budget from the CBC? Americans have been on notice to never notice that the emperor has no clothes for a long time, at the risk of their jobs, social standing, school grades, etc.
I wonder how they think we’re supposed to pay the extortion...I mean reparations...I mean taxes, if we can’t get paid in the first place to do so. Maybe just move out of our houses into a section 8 apt and contribute our home to “the cause”? Sounds to me like a good plan...for leftists. It would be the perfect opportunity for them to put their money where their mouths are, for a change, instead of talking the talk while making “lesser whites” walk their walk.
