This nice Muzzie isn't quite ready for his 72 virgins ... probably because the nitwits in the Obama administration determined that he was the perpetrator of workplace violence and therefore didn't commit an act of Islamic terrorism!

Why is he allowed to have a beard? It would be a shame if the razor slipped.

Brick Top (Lock, Stock, and Two Barrels)

You’re always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together. And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it’s no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs. You got to starve the pigs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies’ digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don’t want to go sievin’ through pig shit, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, “as greedy as a pig”.

Any votes on this sentence being used?

His victims couldn’t dodge the death penalty either.

This case has been put off way too long already.

It will be interesting to see how Obama gets this guy away from a firing squad.

And what do those who kept him in position plead?

They knew he was in contact with Al Qaeda and making death threats “cut off the heads of the infidel!” in public yet protected him for politically correct reasons.

Their support led to an act of domestic terrorism and they must be held accountable. NO RETIREMENT PENSION BENEFITS. And can Nasan’s pay be docked after he’s been found guilty as charged?

It appears the prosecution is out for blood.

It's called justice. He deserves nothing less.

He’s been dodging it for years now.

Maybe, eventually.

Maybe, eventually, he will be hit in the head by a falling meteorite.

Maybe, eventually, he will drop dead of a heart attack.

Currently, he is still managing to wiggle through legalistics and keep breathing.

Apparently, the Army would not be satisfied to see this alleged mass murderer simply go to jail for a few decades

Nor me, either.

Where’s the guy who took care of Dauhmer?

Please pick up the courtesy phone.

Notice how none of our perfumed military princes are outraged by this justice-denied. Speaks volumes.

See tagline for additional illumination.

A plea of unpremeditated murder would not fit the crime.

Clearly this crime was premeditated. He thought about it, planned for it, and had his reasons for it.

The Army death penalty is meaningless, because it is never carried out. If the Army is serious about him meeting his maker, they will just give him a normal criminal sentence—then turn him over to the state of Texas for a trial over the Texas civilians he killed.

Anyone doubt that Texas would execute him?

Execution is too good for this piece of swine manure, but it is the best alternative we have. They will not allow us to inflict a slow, exruciating death on him like he deserves. I will volunteer to serve on the firing squad.

Better yet, some of the soldiers he wounded should be on his firing squad detail.

From what I understand, the UCMJ doesn’t have a charge for terrorism. Because of that, he couldn’t be charged with it; since it doesn’t exist. As an active duty Major, and who committed a crime on post, he’s charge as a military man, under the UCMJ, not under civil criminal charges.

That’s why there is no “charge” of Terrorism, or Terrorist actions/threats, etc.
