Biden: government “tired of being outgunned”
American Vision News ^ | MARCH 21ST, 2013

In a recent interview with NPR on gun control proposals, vice president Joe Biden assiduously avoided the real reason for the Second Amendment: it’s not about hunting Joe! It’s about defense against a tyrannical government.

But in his carefully rehearsed remarks, Mr. Biden let slip the real reason he and other statist politicians want to continue to infringe on our right to bear arms, including an admittedly unpopular ban on “assault weapons” and high-capacity magazines: government entities don’t want to be “outgunned”!

Hear him say it for yourself: “The people I go to, to look to, when we talk about assault weapons and magazines; talk to the police officers. They are tired of being outgunned. They are tired of being outgunned.”

The .22LR shortage is more than likely a “toilet paper shortage” equivalent.

How many hollow point rounds do police use? Zero, it's unlawful. So why has homeland security order so much?

It’s against the “international law” that they are so beholden to.

Perhaps the gov’t should try vomiting and urinating on themselves. Its worth a try.

Does verbal diarrhea qualify?

Joe, it’s not only equipment tonnage and numbers.

Motivation, love of country and a belief in the US Constitution are big factors.

Plus, there are still more than a few of us around who perfected our marksmanship back when every round of ammo counted.

We learned to “reach out and touch someone” before the “spray and pray” days.

This is about keeping guns out of the hands of people who, constitutionally, the government is able to prohibit from owning those guns.

That is a bald faced lie Mr. VP. And you know it.

The government just bought a few billion rounds of ammo and 2700 armored vehicles.
How outgunned to they think they are?

They are tired of being outgunned.

So are homeowners, shop owners, individuals in less than desirable locations.

Gun control laws don't disarm criminals, only the people trying to protect themselves against criminals.

If well armed private citizens make government nervous, I recommend they go back to following the constitution and follow the rule of law, instead of acting like tyrants and other criminals.

Isn’t it extraordinary? Obama has never lied about his plans for us - the media just won’t report the meaning of his words.

All the things happening in America are the same things we used to learn about the Soviet Union when I was a kid.

We would gasp with shock and wonder at what Communists did to their own people. Even kids used to understand the horror - now no one bats an eye.

How many hollow point rounds do police use? Zero, it's unlawful.

It is only "unlawful" in war between countries. That is why it is lawful for civilians to use them as personal defense, as well as police forces.

It is from the International Peace Conference at The Hague, 1899.

If LEOs are so outgunned, then why is Obama’s Department of Just Us sending guns to drug lords, Joe?

I am tired of being outgunned by criminals who do not obey laws. Gun control laws perpetuate that problem, they do not solve it. Open your eyes, Joe!

To: Sopater; All

“The people I go to, to look to, when we talk about assault weapons and magazines; talk to the police officers. They are tired of being outgunned. They are tired of being outgunned.”

Well Mr. Vice President, neighter did the British Army trying to control the American Colonies. That is why they went to Lexington on April 19th, 1775 to seize firearms the Colonial Militias were supposed to have stored there. That caused the “shot heard around the world.”

Now, I’m NOT saying the U.S. government has become despotic like the British were in 1775. However, I’m certain that those insisting that a Bill of Rights be added to the Constitution as a condition to ratify were thinking about the possibility that the government could become despotic. Hence, the 2nd Ammendment and the other 9. They ALL ring of fear of a repeat of what happened under the British.

I personally do not carry a firearm anymore. That is my choice. But, I do not see how if I decided to do so, and IF I were to be properly trained and licensed to do so, I would pose a “threat” to the police IF I had a large capacity magazine? I have no desire, intent, reason, or inclination to ever shoot a peace officer. So, why should they “fear” me, if I “outgun” them? As a law abiding and God fearing man, IF I should own a military grade weapon (like an AR-15) with 20 round magazines.....why should the police fear me? I pose NO threat to them.
