If Biden had opted for a Motel8, Americans could have afforded to tour the White House.

Why so much? Paired hookers for the entourage, again?

Why not stay at the ambassador’s residence? I am assuming there are more than one bedroom there and do not require additional security.

Nope, the booze and hookers are off the books these days.

If security is such a big part of the cost involved, why not house him on a military base when he travels overseas?

Would probably cost us all less if they didn't have to replace all of the doors with shotgun holes in them everywhere Biden stays.

Why not just give him a double barreled shotgun? That should take care of any security concerns.

Why so much? Because we have to support these people in the manner to which they have become accustomed. This is a mere pittance compared to the $1.4 billion it took to run the White House last year.

How many days could the White House public tours be open for the price of Biden’s exorbitant hotel bills in Paris and London?

Gee. no wonder the trillion dollars off debt added this coming year. A 1/2 million $ spent for a one night hotel stay. What the sheets threaded with gold, 200% Egyptian cotton, caviar, and croissants? Come now DC get your head out of your backside. make for realistic expenses that are affordable.

Duh, I must be el stupido, Chris Christie got in trouble because his expenses were always lower than the other US Attorneys that travelled. he stayed at hotels well below the expenditure amount, because it was not his money being spent but taxpayers money.

Look at this example - patient must go to lower Michigan for a medical appointment, patient is on medicare and medicaid. Patient is allowed medical transportation reimbursement through the county. hotel cost cannot exceed $79.00 a day. meals allotted to $7.00 per meal per day. Parking and tolls. 69.00 at motel 8 with AAA discount and continental breakfast. McDonalds value menu for lunch or wendy’s dollar menu for lunch. Stop at meijer get fruit, lunch meat, bread and water. the cost never exceed what is allotted.

But DC does not know anything about a budget. These hotel costs are ludicrious, just as idiotic as the pos in the WH and the VP. Both are dumber than a box of rocks rolling down a hill collecting moss.

Instead of $585,000 AND 50c, I’d like to see them say something like “The income taxes for the entire town of XYZ were used to pay for Biden’s stay in Paris”. - or something that will personalize the loss. Stating mere numbers just glaze the eyes of taxpayers used to being reamed like this.

SOB should overnight at the Ambassador’s residence (CMR) and his entourage at MSGQ; that’s why we have embassies for.
