Since blacks constitute ~10% of the population, why would he expect them to own a larger fraction of guns. And since minorities tend to live in urban areas, while gun ownership is concentrated in suburban and rural areas (in part because of the restrictive firearms laws passed by leftist politicians supported by these same minorities), doesn't it make sense that minorities might have a lower probability of owning firearms, without having to invoke white paranoia?
