Whats a pro-gay, anti-Israel activist to do when faced with the fact that the Jewish state is the only nation in the Middle East in which not only is it illegal to discriminate against homosexuality, but where its celebrated with an annual gay pride parade? To such activists, the answer is obvious: invent a bogus theory called pinkwashing that accuses Israel of touting gay rights in order to downplay its alleged oppression of the Palestinians.
The University of California, Los Angeless Center for Near Eastern Studies recently jumped into the fray with a lecture comically titled, Pinkwashing: Gay Rights and Queer [sic] Indigeneities (the term indigeneities, an invented piece of academic jargon, is derived from indigenous). In a sparsely attended presentation rife with post-colonialist rhetoric, Nada Elia, a professor of gender and global studies at Antioch University in Seattle and a member of the organizing committee of the U.S. Campaign for the Academic & Cultural Boycott of Israel (USACBI), attempted to align her support for Palestinian queer activism with her devotion to all things anti-Israel.
Stating up front that she prefers to be called a scholar-activist, Elia wasted no time describing Israel as a settler-colonial power that violates human rights and therefore, has an image problem. Despite the multicultural and multi-religious nature of Israeli society, she maintained that a Jewish state is an exclusive state, and that:
As [Israel] persists in its desire to be a Jewish state, it can only indulge in image-fixing . . . to cover up for the crimes it is unrepentant for.

I think she is working through some cognitive dissonance.
When will Israelis learn? No matter what they do, it will NEVER be good enough for these people.
I think she has a death wish, and I mean that literally.

How it works: You tell little kids lies and half-truths-—which warps their foundation of knowledge— and they are incapable of using Reason—because their worldview is just incorrect. They teach new math—where they intentionally skip key concepts—and actually intentionally confuse children, so children “think” they are dumb-—they are conditioned to think they need to be helped—made dependent on authority figures. In phonics-—they dumped the great system which worked for implicit phonics—which is confusing and guess work.
Everyone needs to get their children OUT of public schools. The curricula (Common Core—Race to the top, Goals 2000—whatever) is filled with “operant conditioning” as is all the curricula since at least the 70’s——it is animal training—BF Skinner. The damage? it uses emotions to reward the “right” response and curricula is written (by Billy Ayers types) so that the “Correct” response lines up with Marxist ideology. It is why our kids are being make into homosexuals/Satanic worshippers who hate Christian Ethics.
The conditioning leads to “Feeling” the answers. There is absolutely no Logic and Reason. They are brainwashed into “group think”.

She wants to hold two incompatible beliefs, that Israel is evil, and that gays are good, so she has trouble processing the information that Israel treats gays better than others. Her "dissonance reduction" path is to invent "pinkwashing." Unfortunately for her, it doesn't exist in reality, only in her head. But it is a way of reducing her incompatible beliefs.
Money coerced from the taxpayer by even force of arms, for the likes of this.

Children who are taught Lies will realize as they are living in “reality” that something is seriously wrong with how they “think”-—it is total dissonance. What they “learn” doesn’t match reality. What they do-—actually destroys their relationships and makes their lives miserable.
But they are conditioned through the Prussian school system which uses BF Skinner in everything (operant conditioning)——to make children just “feel fine” by teaching (conditioning them) them to “feel” good when thinking as the popular (masses) “think” which is the basis of “good” for Marxists. The collective (few elites who control perceptions) knows what is best for the masses and they just accept what is told so they don’t experience the cognitive dissonance which will occur if they resist what is being fed to them.
Disinformation in US was started ardently by Carl Becker and Fabian Socialists in the early 1900’s in America and John Dewey who threw out Universal Truth. But it was used by JP Morgan to destroy Westinghouse and others in the late 1800’s. They controlled newspapers and judges to ruin people like Tesla and Westinghouse to steal their patents and wealth.
That disinformation as foundational in schools removes the ability of children to use Logic and Reason. It removes Common Sense because they are taught the opposite of Natural Law Theory (basis of our Constitution and Universal Truth concepts) so there is just irrational information fed constantly through schools and TV. “Feelings” control everything-—”thinking” is impossible because of the cognitive dissonance. Reality is one thing, but their ideology conflicts with it.
The cognitive dissonance is what happens when you try to “wake up” liberals-—it is virtually impossible to do so-—even with clear facts, because they can not accept their total life being spent in a Matrix. It is too devastating to their self-esteem and that dissonance is unbearable. Only a few-—as W. Chambers wrote-—can escape this Matrix-—because of the dissonance that occurs——people will opt out to accept the pleasant-—group think—popular thing because of laziness and the desire to be “liked” by the masses.
This is what Rush calls the “low information” voters-they are conditioned and filled with no Truth—no “real” knowledge of history or philosophy/theology-—they are filled with disinformation and trashy junk, filled with White Noise, so they don’t think.
Once they really try to grasp the truth-—it sets off the dissonance immediately and people are too uncomfortable to push for the Truth.
