Poverty pimp Jesse Jackson hung up yesterday morning on Frank Beckman from WJR (Detroit) radio. They were discussing the Emergency Financial Manager appointed by the Governor to try to help Detroit get its finances in order. The financial well-being of its state's cities is a law in the Michigan Constitution.
Jackson came to The D to call for mass civil disobedience to protest Mr. Orr being given the overwhelming and difficult job to try to untangle the mess left by forty or fifty years of corrupt liberal democrats.
The mess in Detroit has been simmering and coming to a boil for decades. Michigan's previous governor, a leftist Democrat was not protested quite so much when this Emergency Financial Manager law was at her disposal.
In discussing bankruptcy vs. an emergency manager for Detroit, Beckman asked Jackson where he was while the leaders in Detroit were filling their pockets via corruption and cronyism--Jackson hung up on him.
BOOM! Just like that, Frank silences the "preacher of poverty" -- it was priceless. Audio is here: Poverty pimp Jesse Jackson just hung up on Frank Beckman from WJR (Detroit) radio.

Not surprised. Jackson is and always has been a race pimp with no real answers. He doesn’t want real answers because that would leave him unemployed.
Next Jesse is heading to Chicago.
Baraq and Rhambo are gonna deputize the Million Moms for Gun Control, and Sheriff Jesse is gonna lead em into the ghetto to round up all the illegal guns.
Last spring Jesse led a protest against gun shops in Detroit and only 3 people showed up.
Dumb question by the radio host. Why would Jesse be against corrupt black Democrat politicians who line their own pockets when he raised one?
"There is another class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs...There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who do not want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public."
-Booker T. Washington
Mr. Washington described Jesse (and "Rev" Al and others) to a T, before they were born!
He wants an "Urban Development" effort started (imagine that! - he'll happily manage. Urban Development fund = JJ Gravy Train) to make low interest loans that = public housing! JJ says public housing IS working, across the country.
This host did a great interview...worth a listen. JJ gets smacked.
I never read that before. Cut and pasted. Thank you.
Interesting historical report on Colman Young and the corruption of Detroit.
Booker T. Washington was way ahead of his time! We could use him now.
And the ass - - - - s keep giving him credibility. Goes to show how sorry their asses are as well.
I posted it here last night or sometime yesterday I believe on a MI Thread.
It starts @ FR and goes everywhere.... :-)
As a fish would say “what is wet”,
Jackson would say “what is cronyism and corruption”?
“Mr. Washington described Jesse (and “Rev” Al and others) to a T, before they were born!”
Mainly because it’s a tried and true practice that’s been going on for many decades.
Frank Beckman is the BEST!
I agree with you there... Frank Beckman is a good guy!
Jackson just said that Public Housing works.
Man. You can’t fix that kind of liar.
When all of these people are dead in the next 10-15 years, I wonder if then - then - we can begin to rebuild....
Where was Jesse?
Down at the Post Office picking up his cut of the action from Detroit.
