Christie is making the right decision here.

This family didn’t deserve this kind of gov’t intrusion in their lives. Once the CPS people are on to innocent families, they don’t ever want to let go. It can take years and every penny these innocent people have to try to defend themselves against lies and over jealous caseworkers.

Unfortunately, CPS doesn’t have the same tenacity for protecting the children from murderous and truly abusive parents

Yeah and this particular one shoots eeeeevil .22LR bullets!!! (They really only wanted to protect bunny rabbits from the kid)

I have a similar .22LR upper receiver from Chiappa Arms which uses the the same sort of magazine shown in that picture and replaces my 5.56x45mm upper receiver and allows me to shoot .22LR with it. I took a Dremel tool and polished the feed ramp. I have fired over 2000 rounds through it with one stoppage. You only have to push out the two retaining pins. It is done in 10 seconds.

Doughboy is posturing. There won’t be any action taken. It will be written off as a bureaucratic snafu.

He’s trying to earn some street creds for his upcoming Romney flop in national politics.

Looks like Christie STILL thinks he’s a viable Republican candidate for national office, since, in New Jersey, he should otherwise be awarding GOLD MEDALS to CPS and the Police for violating the rights of a citizen.

Christie has been on my crummy list since Hurricane Sandy, and then whining that he didn't get his billions from Obama after basically campaigning for Barry in October (after the GOP gave Christie the honor of the Keynote Address at the convention!)

The Hurrican Sandy pork bill wiped out all of this year's Fiscal Cliff tax increases on the "wealthy" - and without the Sandy pork bill, the Pentagon could have paid for one and a half Sequesters.

But, Christie is doing the right thing here.

He also let Brian Aitken out of jail when he was basically being held hostage by the Burlington County Prosecuter/Persecutor for trumped up gun charges (Google that case if you want to be outraged).

But, look at it this way. Christie resisted the gun control hysteria of December/January.

That witch hunt made millions of law abiding citizens of New York and Colorado felons overnight.

Comrade Cuomo might even regret his totalitarian tyranny when all is said and done - because I think he will be tossed out of office.
