Voter Fraud Charges Filed in Hamilton County, Ohio Others May Follow
New American ^ | 15 March 2013 12:43 | Kurt Hyde

Posted on 03/28/2013 7:35:14 PM PDT by Red Steel

On March 11 Hamilton County, Ohio, Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced charges against Russell Glassop, Melowese Richardson, and Sister Marguerite Kloos for voter fraud. The Hamilton County Grand Jury returned a one-count indictment of illegal voting against Glassop, an eight-count indictment of illegal voting against Richardson and an information was filed against Kloos charging her with one count of illegal voting.

According to the press release posted March 11 on the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s website:

Richardson is charged with 8 counts of Illegal Voting for voting twice on her behalf and voting on behalf of others in various elections. Count one of the indictment charges her with voting twice in the 2012 United States Presidential Election in violation of Ohio Revised Code 3599.12 (A) (2). Counts 2-8 charge her with voting on behalf of other people in various elections in violation of Ohio Revised Code 3599.12 (A) (3). The people she is charged with voting on behalf of are her relatives. Richardson is a long-time Hamilton County poll worker who has worked for the Board of Elections since at least 1998.

Kloos faced an information rather than an indictment by the Hamilton County Grand Jury because her lawyer contacted the Hamilton County prosecutor’s office and agreed that she would cooperate and plead guilty to the charge that she faced according to the Hamilton County prosecutor’s website.

The New American contacted the Hamilton County prosecutor’s office regarding other cases of suspected of voter fraud that have been referred to them. Spokeswoman Julie Wilson said these cases are under investigation and that’s all that she was at liberty to say at that time.

The debates over laws to curb electoral fraud frequently end in impasses. The opponents say the laws are unnecessary because the fraud isn’t happening. The proponents of those laws say electoral fraud is happening and the lack of documentation is caused by inadequate investigations coupled with a lack of prosecutions. Volunteer organizations, such as True the Vote, have begun grass-roots campaigns to get law enforcement officials to investigate electoral fraud and prosecute when appropriate.

The following account serves to illustrate the absurdity occasionally witnessed regarding the issue of electoral fraud. On April 27, 2012 a group of protesters gathered outside of True the Vote’s 2012 National Summit in Houston. The protesters wore tape over their mouths to signify being silenced by stricter election laws, and many of them carried signs. One of the signs said, “There are more Bigfoot sightings than documented cases of voter fraud.” When a reporter with The New American began interviewing this protester and asked him to further explain the message on his sign, the man said the sign was made by someone else and was simply handed to him. The leader of the protesters immediately intervened to stop the interview, and then reminded all the protesters that they were instructed not to talk with the news media. It is ironic that demonstrators claiming to be silenced by sinister forces were silenced from talking to the news media by one of their own.

The demonstration leader asked the police, who were there in case trouble occurred, to order the reporter off the premises, at which point the reporter reminded all concerned that it was a public sidewalk and he had just as much right to freedom of the press as they had freedom of speech.

The New American never got to learn what evidence the sign maker had to back up the claim that there are more Bigfoot sightings than documented cases of voter fraud. Within minutes the leader of the demonstrators ordered all the demonstrators to get back on the bus that brought them there and they left the premises.

Those nasty Conservatives, they are at it again. I’m sure that our hero Eric Holder will jump into the middle of this and restore the integrity of our voting process.

The woman cited worked for the Board of Elections at one time. Government employees have an extreme vested interest in seeing big government politicians win elections. We are seeing all the makings for a banana republic.

massive voter fruad on the Dem counties in swing states ,damn right it had an affect on this election.

Here in FL I’m supposed to ignore how obama lost more counties, and yet for some strange reason obama got more votes just in those Dem controlled counties and when Col West did a recount he found that republican votes were ignored, Dem votes votes were found in bags in corners of the room,

There is no way he won this state and many others around here feel the same way.

I knew about these handful of voting fraud cases brought by prosecutors in Hamilton County, Ohio for quite some time. At this point it's only isolated cases of "little people" involved in a much wider and much more serious phenomenon of fraud and cheating, huge enough to likely have been the determining factor in Obama's purported electoral victory in Ohio and several other critical swing states last November.

Hopefully the Ohio investigators will be able to elicit information from some of these defendants which will lead them to the masterminds and supervisors of the fraud schemes in which they may have been foot soldiers. The greater the number of prosecutions, the greater the deterrent effect for the future - or at least we can hope so.

There are several changes in voting procedures which could have a mitigating effect on the election fraud and cheating. These include (1) eliminating early voting where it exists, (2) voter photo ID cards, (3) eliminating same day registration where it exists, (4) limiting absentee voting to those with a substantive reason for not voting in person at the polls, (5) careful inspection and security measures regarding all electronic voting equipment and counting devices, (6) requiring all voters to document their American citizenship at the time of registration.

Separately, we must be very vigilant in regard to what is going on in Washington on this issue. Just today, Obama announced an executive order creating a new "bipartisan election commission" (NOT the FEC) allegedly designed to correct such purported problems as multiple hour waits for voters at polling places and to make voting "a more pleasant experience." It's guaranteed that the only recommendations that will come out of that commission would further facilitate the fraudsters and cheaters; in fact, the largely fictitious "problems" of long waits for voters and others are being used as a pretense for so-called "election reform", "reform" proposals which will prioritize convenience at the expense of integrity of the process. Any Republican who participates in this new Obama commission will signing a death warrant for his party's electoral future!

All of your remedies involve rolling back Democrat initiatives that were couched in terms like “fairness”, equal access”, racism, yada, yada, yada.

Republicans politicians rolled over time and time again and now find themselves out of office or rendered impotent by Progressive majorities in their districts.

The reason that our “Conservative” representatives have done this is that acquiescence puts much more money in their pockets. No one in Washington or in your state capitol is looking out for your interests, and don’t forget it.

I don’t understand why Bath-House Barry thinks he can improve the experience of “voting”...his cheating certainly seemed to have worked this last “election”.

It worked so well (as far as he's concerned) so why not more cheating via election "reform" through his commission?

Exactly. It's about time "conservatives" wake up and realize that most measures introduced to increase convenience in voting compromise the integrity of the process! Those 'Rat initiatives, most from the Clinton era, must be opposed and effectively wiped out because they only serve to rig elections in the 'Rats' favor, including the vote for the presidency. Rolling them back the only way to return the US to the republic it was intended to be.

Until that happens, no other political issues really matter, because the results at the elections are fixed in the left's favor and the consequences are predictable. In other words, the goal of moving back toward election integrity must be achieved above all other issues or republican government is replaced by totalitarianism.

What I intend to do is start locally. I am going my town clerk and I am going to test these voting machines. What happened in my home town was simply amazing and I still can’t believe it. But I will spare you the details but I can tell you that all these machines are easily tampered with and we need to get them examined and once proven to be fraudulent removed in favor of some other form of voting. Before 2014!

I laud your initiative in regard to testing voting machines, GregNH. Electronic hacking is a form of voting fraud and cheating that is rarely discussed, even in forums such as ours. Yet it can easily have the largest numerical impact on the reported vote, because it can alter the counting thousands of votes in one action. It appears as if the Obama campaign and its agents were doing electronic hacking of voting equipment targeted specifically to the swing states, of which New Hampshire is obviously one. That kind of fraud can easily account for the significant differences between pre-election polling by usually more reliable pollsters (e.g., Rasmussen) in these states and the reported election returns.

No wonder why Romney campaign operatives were reported to be "shellshocked" when the results came in on election night: they had no inkling that they were going to be blindsided by such egregious cheating, cheating that can be done most efficiently through electronic hacking. People that play the game by the rules sometimes have no clue as to what their sleazy opponents are capable of doing to harm them.

Two and a half years later and no one has been brought to justice for burning up the new electronic voting machines in Houston, TX.

"Yet it can easily have the largest numerical impact on the reported vote, because it can alter the counting thousands of votes in one action."

I agree with everything you have said Justiceseeker93. We have no reason to assume reported vote tallies mean anything more than what those with control of what is reported want you to believe. Voting is being used to divide ethnic, cultural, and religious groups, because the need to belong to a group is so powerful. If people are told that their groups don't support their political ideals they feel isolated, and there is no way, in such a large country, to know otherwise.

Having worked in secure technologies for decades, fault tolerant networks, laboratory information management systems that collect and securely store analysis from dozens of machines to insure the purity or measure the impurities in drugs and other chemicals, I am not easily misled by the nonsense about voting machines. I know that it probably matters more that whatever data are counted by these machines are sent without supervision to political operatives, most of whom work for the SEIU, than that the machines are almost all crude and easily penetrated electronically.

The explanation that strikes home for me comes from comparing the OJ trial, which most everyone knows about, and has strong opinions about, to our voting process. All the physical data from the murder scene were collected by two police technicians - “criminalists”. The criminalists testified that each labeled sample included date/time/description/criminalist signature, and that each criminalist had collected about half the samples. When evidence was submitted, only one criminalist's signature appeared on all the samples. That is called an audit trail. All the physical evidence had thus been invalidated, regardless of what people think about OJ. The jury foreman did the proper thing and asked for all the time evidence again, since there was no admissible physical evidence.

When votes are cast, and the event is recorded by a machine, a machine maintained by one of the interested parties, the SEIU, there is no admissible evidence of the intentions of that voter. There is not only no audit trail, the system was built permit manipulation of counts by whomever did the counting (As Stalin explained, "It only matters who counts the votes!"). Democratic voting systems depend upon the integrity of volunteer precinct workers who live in the precinct, district, state, and country affected by the result. It was once our practice that ballots were counted in the public room in which votes were cast, in full view of party volunteers, and that count was the official count unless a court ordered a recount. The ballots were stored securely, with signatures of the counters and observers included. That permitted a recount and included an audit trail. Today we have none of that. Technically, voting is a myth. The FDA would never accept analysis with no audit trail whatsoever. I won't risk boring you with what satisfies them, but their demands were reasonable protections against contamination or unscrupulous manufacturers who have hidden contamination to obtain approvals for sale.

Obama cannot be assumed to have a mandate. He is trying to further consolidate control, taking over state and local elections even more than he already has. We do not have representation, which is probably why so few legislators are willing to stick their necks out. Control of elections means control over legislators. States each have their own Secretaries of State, who control the voting mechanisms. But recall Soros’ Secretaries of State Project. How many of those Secretaries of State has his money bought? The employees of those Secretaries of State are mostly SEIU members.

We need paper ballots, as Germany recently decided for their own voting system, approved, and implemented. We need vote counting to be done in public, before the ballots physically disappear into storage vaults. Elections will take longer, but they will be real elections. Volunteers will be plentiful. Those ballots are precious protectors of the rights were are now losing at a fearful pace. They once directed a government of, by and for the people. Today they have no provable validity, and are being used to control the citizenry, alienating citizens and stealing their productivity to keep a malleable population of dependents on government support to justify the tyranny of the proletariat.

These are reasonable and ultimately necessary measures. And in today's reality, they will not happen.

I have never been so pessimistic. I'm seriously concerned that we may be at the point of the Weimar Republic where things must melt down so much that we are forced to either do the right thing or accept the "strong man" who will "save us". Weimar, obviously, made the wrong choice.

I think we have fallen so low morally that making the RIGHT choice is going to be very, very difficult. As important as your suggested reforms are they would require years and many elections to have an effect. I don't think we have that long.

Well, as Edmund Burke said, "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to remain silent."

So it is incumbent upon us supporters of republican government in the United States to speak out loudly against election fraud and cheating and suggest rational changes to counteract it.

Remember, this is the most important issue out there, because election outcomes form the basis of the direction in which all public policy goes! So, if the election procedure is not cleaned up, we could very well have a second American revolutionary war.

It is funny that you say that because I have resigned myself to believing that's the only solution. I am looking for the biggest ego, no filter sociopath we can to, at least, take on the communists. The results may not be optimal but at least these leftist $%&*s and their drone followers will get what they deserve. I will settle for that at this point.

I know what you mean. Unfortunately, in all of history none have ever laid down power, and most have been tyrants. However, England did survive Cromwell.

At least Weimar was allowed to make a choice. In the last election, the thuggery and fraud was so dominant that no choice was allowed to be made. WE are way worse off than Weimar was at that point.
