No, like all other members of the House and Senate, he was elected to financially reward himself, his friends and his supporters. The rest of America can pound sand.
I’m not in Mobile anymore, but close by. After thinking about it, I rescind the “good people” part but stand firmly with the “despicable urchin” comment. :)
