Food Regulations of the Future? A sneak preview of the coming War on Obesity.

March 29, 2020

The federal government today announced new regulations for buying fast food.

Starting June 1, upon entering a national fast food chain restaurant or before ordering via a drive-thru each patron must undergo a Body Mass Index (BMI) analysis. The score will determine portion sizes for adults and children and restrict the options available. Scores are: underweight, normal, overweight, obese and morbidly obese. Automated tickets issued from the machines will be color coded to alert servers of a patron’s options.

If a person is obese, for example, he or she will only be able to order sugar-free drinks and meals with a combined 500 calories. Those items will be color coded on the menu to make choices easily identifiable, according to Wendy Smith, a spokesman for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the agency that wrote the regulations. Those who wish to speed the process may apply for wrist bands, which will allow patrons to bypass the BMI calipers. Fingerprints will also be taken at checkout to ensure that those ordering receive one portion.

Cindy Dvorak, the former head of DHHS and CEO of Calipers for Change, the company chosen by the government to launch the new program said, “Our devices will quickly, accurately and discretely inform patrons of their fat ratio and help them take positive steps to achieve an appropriate weight and a fulfilling life.”

But not everyone is happy with the new rules. The head of industry group Chain Restaurants of America said it will be filing a federal lawsuit against the regulations on Fourteenth Amendment grounds of unequal treatment under the law.

Fast food patron Joy de Cocinar admits she needs to lose a few pounds but does not want to be stigmatized by the new rules. She plans to visit her...

I looked first to see if this was satire or humor. It wasn’t.

So when do we Americans just line up to be put in our little boxes and become the playthings/serfs for our betters aka Elites?

I could just say so much more and I won’t. Why? Before this comes about the CWII or Revolution II will be in full swing.

I'm underweight, but I prefer to call it whipcord lean.

I'll sell my portions to the highest bidder.

See how long that lasted?

As far out as this is, this could be the future.

Since they don't have the guts to oppose terroristic Islam -- especially Mayor Bloomberg and his advocacy of the ground zero mosque for example -- they've declared war on fat people.

Of men having sex with men (homosexuals) with their high costs associated with the diseases they get (now a virulent form of meningitis), plus their molestation as an ersatz means of reproduction, get a pass from these health Nazis, too.

Your mind and body belong to the State.

Liberalism truly is a mental disease.

Our Washington betters will soon be telling us when and where we can take a leak, as they regulate every aspect of our lives from birth to death.

The only thing that will NEVER come in for regulation is legislator mendacity; it would annihilate the Washington way of life.

As long as I can get my hands on pig and beef, I really don’t care what these Nazis want.

The question mark in the title shows that it is a form of satire, but I can't help thinking it might be true in the future. That is, if we have a future as America will have long collapsed before the government thinks this one up.

So in the checkout line, the fatty steps on a scale, and an electronic arm lifts the potato chips out of the basket? Does it say, “No no nooooo”?

Nah, see my tagline. In these videos each citizen is given a calories card and you are allowed a certain ration of calories to purchase.

That, in some form, is how they'll do it.

Also taxing the living shit out of everything making food obscenely expensive and making your car so expensive that you'll get rid of it and walk, bike--see Scandinavia.

There’s one born every minute.

But wait, considering the number of suckers, it must be one born every second.

can’t sell it if there’s no physical cash allowed. you may barter for it but that may be illegal by then too.

Probably is now, but it depends on what she looks like if I'd be willing to barter. ;)

Most Liberals don't know how to take a crap without government assistance.

All thanks to the voters for either electing tinhorn dictators or allowing them to anoint themselves with dictatorial powers.

In John Wayne's America, when America was inhabited by Americans, these tinhorn dictators would have been taken to the outhouse, have their heads dunked until they promised to behave.............

This is a Bloomberg/Empress Michelle dream that is all too plausible, at least the BMI part.

“I’ll sell my portions to the highest bidder.”

Sort of like a carbon tax, if Rosie O’Donnell wants to buy your portion she could. We will be food neutral.

I saw the question mark and the Date of 2020.

I see this as someone making a reasoned extrapolation of the trends today. Especially the Nanny Mayor of New York, Bloomberg.

More and more these sorts of people are coming out and saying what they’ve desired and hidden for so long. Control, power, the ability to say come and you come, go and you go, do and you will do. This is the ultimate aphrodisiac for these types of people.

And the rest of us? We are their toys to be played with and when broken, to be discarded.

That’s why I say CWII or Revolution II depending on how you look at it, is inevitable. Truly it’s that or we just lie down and let the steamroller do the job on us.
