A commercial airliner left Egypt for Iran on Saturday in what was the first direct passenger flight between the two countries in more than three decades, Egyptian airport officials said.
Cairo-Tehran relations have warmed since the June election of Egypts Islamist president, Mohammed Morsi. Diplomatic relations were frozen after Egypt signed its 1979 peace treaty with Israel and Iran underwent its Islamic Revolution.

Jobs traveled to India in the early 70s to seek enlightenment. In the mid-70s, a friend of his wanted to follow in Steve's footsteps (more or less). The guy went to India for awhile but he and his girlfriend started to run out of money. Not a problem. She stayed in India. He hitchhiked to Iran and taught English classes for a little while to earn some cash. Then he went east to meet up with her, while she went west to meet up with him. They converged in Afghanistan and then resumed their trip together.

Especially when they would likely gang up on Israel and eventually the western nations.
