Outlook.com for mails>>>>>>>
Very sleek I like it. It is like gmail but better
Me thinking Google engineering Android operating system does not cost them billions the way it costs Microsoft. A few years back I read that MS spent a billion on Windows 7
The news about Blackberry’s death is greatly exaggerated.
Blackberry and Microsoft are now fighting for third place in the smart phone market. This is significant, because carriers do not want to deal with a duopoly — they really want to offer a third option. More here:

You’re welcome. It works well for me.
I will never be using Google again after today. Bing it is!
Cesar Chavez is dead and Jesus is alive
You got it.
I use ‘ixquick’, but I thought ‘Dogpile’ had a cute page today...as for Google? ESA...ah, never mind.
I actually have it in my trust documents that that if I manage to accumulate enough assets between now and the time I become incapable of dealing with my own affairs, I want to be put into a medically-induced coma from shortly before haloween until shortly after easter every year for as long as the money holds out.
That way, I not only get to avoid Winter, but I get to avoid all the ensuing silliness.
I pity my poor father. My mother died in 1992. He remarried in 1995 and died in 2005.
If the theory of heaven and hell holds up, whenever his 2nd wife dies, he gets to spend eternity with 2 psycho-b@tches from hell.
I'm not buying any of it.
I’m posting this on my Nokia 920 windows phone and its great. Plus it has best camera out of any phone.
Also windows phone is getting really good reviews. It just needs people to buy it.
Today I switched my defaults to Bing. ‘Nuff said.
I switched-over to Ixquick and Bing on Opera and FF. FYG scum!
Full disclosure: I personally am not one of them, no hard feelings from me. They made a business decision, and I made mine, and there was a ton of cash to be made in Android and iOS apps. But Microsoft handled the "announcement" as if they were the Microsoft of old: a behemoth with no competitors that could do whatever it pleased. There was no indication that development support for PocketPC and CE was being pulled until Visual Studio 2010 hit the streets and -- surprise! -- it had no mobile support. At that point the Windows Mobile development world went wild. This is not the way you treat people who code for your product, and have been doing so for years.
And before you tell me that it doesn't matter what developers think, have a hard look at why a company with a largely clobbered-together bare bones OS that owes most of its robustness to running on top of Linux has been able to come from WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY back in the field and completely destroy Apple? Why? For the exact same reason that it happened in 1985 -- Apple learned nothing going from complete market dominance to niche personal computing overnight, and now it's happened again. The "Apple ecosystem" is nothing more than a rolling anti-competitive SEC violation designed to force consumers to by bundled products and developers to be cubicle slaves to iEvil. You can't even code an app and download it to your own phone for less than $100 and a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. I can send a new App to my Galaxy SIII in literally ten seconds. So yes, it does matter what developers think, and in the mobile world right now Microsoft is not perceived very positively, and getting trust back will take a long time.
For another, Microsoft appears to be adrift in terms of market positioning. Do they understand that most Windows developers are not very interested in Metro Apps precisely because their app store (already rejected once before on Windows LONG before Apple stole the idea) is EXACTLY why many developers want no more to do with Apple's business model than they have to?
If you bought a Zune (vastly superior to iPod as a dedicated music player) are you going to go back and be an early adopter of Windows Phone after being burned so badly? I'm certainly not. I LOVE MY ZUNE. Thank God for eBay, and NO THANKS to Microsoft, I can continue to use it.
Why does Windows RT even exist? And why was that prioritized so that it took until the beginning of the second quarter of 2013 for the first REAL (x86/x64) convertibles to appear? That is killer hardware... but a lot of people have already bought tablets and won't be back in the market for a few years.
And so on, and so on, and so on...
Finally, let's point out that from a purely political point of view, Bill Gates is every bit as awful as anyone at Google. Yes, I know he's an emeritus chairman or some such garbage, but the point is, is Microsoft really all that much more palatable politically than Apple or Google? They still seem to back ALL of the wrong causes.
just call them what they are... religious bigots
repeat it. often.
Of course it doesn’t. First, it’s just a little VM running on top of Linux. Second, if you talk to the hardware guys they will very frankly admit that Android doesn’t scale very well and that multi-core processors make very little difference to the performance of Android apps as a result. Second, all the hardware abstraction layer is being done by Linux, so somebody else does the heavy lifting where the OS meets the metal, and third, outside of Motorola other people are doing most of the marketing, sales and distribution on Google’s behalf.
Not saying anything original here but the reason Gooogle develops and gives out Android for free to Asian smart phone makers is to keep Google search up on top (making money) and is the default search for Android users
