As F'in Mexico why WE can't freely go on "their side of the border"?
Double standard much, f'in commies.
A real Easter message would be that no matter how bad things may be here, WE are SAVED by Jesus' sacrifice and reborn in ETERNAL LIFE.
The Democrat moderators asked GOP candidates about evolution and other questions of faith in the debates. Why wasn't Barack Hussein Obama asked if HE believes that Jesus Christ rose from the dead and walked among men after His crucifixion? Some "Christian".
Church of the Stinky Donut Hole
Democrats want black and hispanic people ON the bus whereas Republicans want all Americans to have the freedom and ability to buy their OWN vehicles and afford to drive them on low cost gasoline.
NOW who's subjugating the lower classes?
If the Left’s gonna trot out “the good ol’ days weren’t so good” mem then are they gonna stop bitching and moaning about the monopoly of the media (including Clear Channel’s ownership of stations)? Are they gonna give up on complaining about the way scientists are mucking about with crops? Are they gonna stopp kvetching about changing temperatures???
Y’know there was an ICE AGE once!
“Its unfathomable to think a service, especially Easter, could encompass such teachings.”
It’s unfathomable to think he’s our president.
Obama’s making sure their daughters are fully indoctrinated to their radical thinking and views much like radical Islamists teach their children to hate America at a early age.
Or Obama is about to sign a executive order banning conservatives from going to church. *sarcasm* (?)
I have usually put it starker terms. I usually pit it thus: Those who forget the past, have little, if any future...
I posted this on one of the other threads about this story. Something about this just doesn’t pass the smell test. Luis is my boss’s foster brother. This is the church that President Bush attended when he was in office, and Luis had always been supportive of him in the past. This story just doesn’t make sense to me given what I know.
Looks like Rev. Luis took the blue pill.

The "pastor" [yes, I'm making finger quotes while I write "pastor"] was referencing the Gospel of John. Obviously he does not believe in quoting Scripture accurately, nor restraining himself from allegorical flights of fancy:
John 20:13-17 And they say unto her, Woman [Mary Magdalene], why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
Nice work for finding a reference thats even close but somehow I doubt this “pastor” has read the book of John recently.
Obama would have hated our resurrection Sunday service, all our Pastor talked about was about savior Jesus...
I would have been proud of Barry, something I never have been, if in response to the words he heard on Sunday, stood up and left. Instead, he sat there and endorsed the race baiting, dividing of Americans, and fed the hate that is in so many liberal hearts.
Compare the smallness of this petty speech to the soaring rhetoric of the Pope’s Easter message.
I’m not Catholic, but this Pope seems like the real deal to me. He delivered a sermon that Jesus would approve. Loving, encouraging, full of hope! :-)
I agree, that would have been an act worthy of respect. But I think he knew what it was going to be and I think he intended his presence there to be the divisive slap in the face to half of America that it was.
I'm not going to google anything. But I did bing "kinism" and what I found indicates that these kinists and the "religious right" have little if anything in common. So regardless of the existence of "kinists" the allegation by this "pastor" that the "religious right" wants blacks "in the back of the bus" is clearly bearing false witness against his neighbors.
ECUSA—all gay, all the time.
The “religious right” includes anyone who DOES NOT BELIEVE that Jesus was a gay abortionist.
