"...and the county's conservative lawmakers have been passing silly-season unconstitutionalities, like a law prohibiting a man from being naked in the presence of a child..."

Of course nudity in front of children and naked children with adults is all part of desensitizing them to being sexualized.
The Left’s New World. None of that silly, old-fashioned stuff.
Maybe the Beckhams should reconsider returning to America again as they have mentioned a few times they run around naked in their home.
After reading about the antics of some ‘tree-sitters’ in Berzerkeley, CA I concluded that these folks provided perfect icon of the radical left: Naked hippies, sitting in trees, throwing feces at police and passers-by.
given there is easy to find public sex acts that occurs at burning man, it’s not really that silly at all.
“Burning Man.” I thought that was the description of ones privates after spending time at that “festival.”
Naked run through the Poison Ivy.
I can see a market for the betting rackets. All kinds of interesting bets can be made.
What can one expect from a state that gave us Harry Reid?
Taking a child to Burning Man should be treated as child abuse. That’s an adult event.
Ok - I agree guys shouldn’t be naked in front of kids, but dads take baths with their kids when they are babies without any wierdness involved. How else do you get to sing the rubber duck songs....
This stupid law means a dad can’t bond with their kids in the tub or have their son scrub their back. Stupid laws are overly broad.
An adult event? Or an event for man-children and women-children who never grew up?
My thoughts exactly... Let the adults go be as goofy as they want, but anyone bringing a kid to Burning Man is not fit to be a parent.
I don’t think anyone wants to ban taking a bath with a baby
