No you don't - even under our far-too-expansive welfare system there's a cost to being an alcoholic and would be a cost to being a legal drug addict.
What part of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY don’t you understand? No one else is OBLIGATED to pay for “YOUR” personal responsibility, whether that is to buying food for your children or paying your rent and gas bill.
Drugs are just something that can make it even harder to meet your economic responsibilities when you choose to leech off The State (and taxpayers) to fund a drug habit.
Don’t use the “personal responsibility” meme without extending that to government’s day to day operations.
