President Barack Obama, who has increased the national debt by $53,377 per household, has proclaimed April National Financial Capability Month, during which his administration will do things such as teach young people how to budget responsibly."
I call upon all Americans to observe this month with programs and activities to improve their understanding of financial principles and practices, Obama said in an official proclamation released Friday.
My Administration is dedicated to helping people make sound decisions in the marketplace, he said.

Another remark to add to his “What A Dick!” list.
Every word he utters is an insult.
Obama couldn’t balance Michelle on a teeter totter without a 50 lb sack of sand on his end, What does he know about balancin a budget.
I thought this had to be an April Fool’s joke. Obama is an arrogant fool.
Race Baiting Month, Lying Month, Destroy America Month, Hypocrites Month all make sense.
April Fools, I’m not that easily misled!
Ya there uses to be a time that ya knew there was a President but ya didnt hear about him or see his mug on tv everyday. Cant this guy go hide under a rock for awhile?
this is about as surreal as a Salvador Dali painting.
You can hang it up now.
Here’s the lesson that 0bama would teach -
Get on the dole. Get on every program possible.
Then, make some income on the side and buy all the bling you want because all your needs are being paid for by others.
And how many pigs will fly out of my butt?
I could give up food for 6 months and buy a pair of shoes. That’s a good balance.
You just can’t make this stuff up!
Will this be followed in May by “How to Choose an Intelligent, Articulate, and Clean Vice President Month”?
I’m reminded of something I haven’t thought since the Clinton ‘Wonder Years’.
Words from an old English criminal case, a judge describing a defendant:
“ ... the kind of blackguard who would steal the pennies from his dead mother’s eyes for the purchase of flowers to present to a harlot.”
Well, I went to the WH website and this is NOT an April Fools joke. The first thing one must do in National Financial Capability Month is to produce a WRITTEN budget that zero out of 535 folks will like and vote for. Do this and you too can be on the way to capably moving toward a massive bankrupcy and endemic poverty fot those for whom you budget.
which his administration will do things such as teach young people how to budget responsibly.”
I’m with you. I thought it was an April fools joke. I really want our children taught budget responsibility from this joke of an administration. What an absurdity.
Will he give them each their own money printing press?
Or a No-Limit EBT card?
The White House pretending to teach young Americans how to budget responsibly is even more laughable than the notion of the Department of Energy teaching the oil companies how to find and produce energy. Neither has anything of benefit to impart in either area.
The president needs to start in the oval office.
