Hasan trial to stay here at Fort Hood

The presiding judge in United States vs. Maj. Nidal Hasan announced several pending rulings following a pretrial hearing at Fort Hood, March 20
Col. Tara Osborn denied defense requests to move the court martial away from Fort Hood and to order a change of potential panel members.
Osborn set the next hearing in the case for April 16.

The accused, Maj. Nidal Hasan, is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Guilty. Hang him.
The Hasan Court martial should have been convened on November 6, 2009, sentence passed by December 1st of that year, and execution carried out as of New Year’s Day, 2010.
But it wasn’t.
This cuffing political correctness is going to destroy the USA.
Prisoner Hasan has already breathed up way too much of the oxygen in our atmosphere.
