Several congressmen sent another letter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) Wednesday, months after first requesting information about a failed undercover operation with similarities to Operation Fast and Furious.

“Not only have you yet to provide us with any information or documents about this operation, but, months after ATF shut down the operation, you have refused to respond at all,” the letter states.

House Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa (R., Calif.), Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Charles Grassley (R., Iowa), Rep. Robert Goodlatte (R., Va.), and Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R., Wis.) signed the letter.

Operation Fearless, named after an undercover store that ATF officials called “Fearless Distributing,” attempted to use the store as a front to buy and possibly sell firearms and to target criminals in undercover sting operations.

Between this; F&F; the buyers in the New Mexico guns store family case; all the "hit men" hired in bars that turn out to be undercover cops; and much, much, more, I get the idea that half the criminals on the streets are cops or feds working undercover.

And another big batch are cops or feds moonlighting.

Subtract out crooked politicians, and actual gang members, and there don't seem to be all that many free lance "civilian" criminals per capita.

Conclusion?? This is F-TROOP we are talking about. They answer to no one. As proven by this article, they do NOT answer even to congress.

They might show up at 3:00 am. The first you know it is when they shoot your dog. You & your wife will wake up to guns pointed at your head. DO NOT even reach for that .45 on the nightstand. That’s what they want you to do.

Do you know what your crime is? You own GUNS! A right that is federally protected under the constitution. Do you think BAFT cares about the 2A? You will find yourself handcuffed while they tear you house apart, looking for “illegal” weapons. After all, you own guns. Therefore you are a “Gun Nut”.

Conclusion?? Answer?? Very naive. BAFT answers to no one. Period.

Without having a copy of the script, I'm gonna guess it will look as though the (R) players are on the verge of clobbering the (D) players in 2014. Once the election is over, we'll find out it only looked that way.

I wonder what happened in the investigation of Operation Castaway? Maybe that gun running operation isn't as important? Or maybe the death threshold wasn't crossed?
