Howdy everyone!!

Woo hoo!! Our 2nd quarter FReepathon is well underway!!

Free Republic is funded solely by donations contributed by the people who love and use it. We are beholden to no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate or government string pullers. It's just you and me, baby, grassroots conservatives against the Marxists and big government statists and RINOs!!

Please keep those donations coming in to keep FR alive and on the air. We're going to need FR now more than ever. Make it a monthly if you can. We have some very generous FReeper sponsors kicking in an extra $10 for each new monthly that signs up. This gives you an opportunity to get a little more bang for your buck!!

Click the link above to donate via secure server or mail checks to: Free Republic - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794.

Thank you all very much and God Bless!!

Prayers up for our one free nation under God!!

Mr. T is defrosting some haddock. I’m not sure what he plans to do with it.

Large thin crust pizza with ham, green pepper, mushrooms, onions, extra sauce, Crystal hot sauce, bottle of Becks Beer, a proper Friday night that does make, LOL.

Oh yes! A soft-shell crab sandwich. Yummm!

Murphy’s Irish Pub in Va Beach has good ones too. Theirs are beer battered deep fried.

The soft shell starts to harden in a day after molting so they really can't be shipped live. Maybe cleaned and frozen.

Crab cakes are popular here, but I’ve never seen soft shell crab on a menu.

Sardines! That’s a good idea. I haven’t had those for ages and they’re zero carbs.
