So true. Started, but there was a head slamming shift (I thought of myself as blue dog until about mid 2009, though dabbling in paleo-conservatism by then) after Pelosi. It was really disturbing- & look how much worse it’s gotten since then (magnitudes). I had been politically conscious only since about 2001. (My jaw still drops as I’m reading more political history)
0bama was the point that the communists actually came out of the closet.
I think too many people really underestimate the danger in all this.
