The wisdom of our Founding Fathers is apparent every time that Obama is constrained by the Constitution. If these constraints were not in place we would be in the fifth year of Obama’s one party dictatorship. Obama’s lust for absolute power is evident when he does everything he can to subvert the Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights.

The government might be elected by the people to carry out the will of the people, but that does not give the government the right to violate the natural rights of the people and become a tyranny which oppresses the people. If it does, the people have the perfect right to resist and overthrow a tyrannical government. And if it is in their true interest to do so, they have a duty to overthrow it.
