Ever notice that this administration is only lightning-fast when it comes to shifting blame when things dont work out perfectly? They practically left a vapor trail in their zeal to anonymously accuse the US military of being responsible for our tense situation with North Korea:
So, its the Navys fault that the U.S.-North Korea spat has gone so far?
Thats the apparent message from senior administration officials who, according to the Wall Street Journal on Thursday, said that they had long planned to send B-52s, B-2 stealth bombers, and F-22 fighters to the Korean Peninsula as part of preplanned wargames with South Korea, but that they had not planned the recent deployment of Navy destroyers.
Last weekend, the U.S. ordered two guided-missile destroyers to the Western Pacific the U.S.S. John S. McCain and the U.S.S. Decatur to provide additional defense against North Korean ballistic missiles.

In his usual childish manner, Barry Soetoro blames somebody else for his screwups. The Obamanoids love it!
"So, its the Navys fault that the U.S.-North Korea spat has gone so far? "
No. It's the US and NK 'public' who were made aware of the ship's movements by the MSM (and Internet). This was made clear in another 'similar' article recently posted on FR.
It's our fault.
Obama. What a damn tool.
The first thought that entered my mind when I read the headline. I didn't even have to read the rest before coming to the same conclusion.
Is that video real?
Please, comparing President Obama to Captain Queeg is an insult and a slander to fine officer, with a long service record, who may have had personality quirks, but who rendered honorable and loyal service to the United States.
“In his usual childish manner, Barry Soetoro blames somebody else for his screwups. The Obamanoids love it!”
The cic is back on the “it ain’t my fault” lie. What a surprise!
Captain Queeg's a fictional character in a play, and... well so is Obama.
No Choom boy, it was lil ill kimmy who esclated the situation. The US Navy will de-esclate it if necessary.
Thats the way of a fascist.
There is far less than zero probability that the Navy ordered those destroyers into that region without explicit clearance from the White House, by someone speaking for the President. Delegating authority does not relieve one of responsibility.
Herman Wouk served in a DE during Typhoon Cobra (”Halsey’s Typhoon, the typhoon of 1944) and knew whereof he wrote. Queeg was a “composite” character, who exhibited in excess some of the characteristics of an inadequate commander in a crisis.
Read from the original. As much as I dislike Obama, that statement isn’t blaming the Navy. It’s just saying the other actions had been planned for some time.
