Former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly, keep pushing for stricter gun laws as they continue to own weapons for recreational purposes, including the same type of gun used in the January 2011 shooting rampage that left Giffords wounded.
However, the couple’s 9-mm Glock holds fewer bullets than the one used the Tucson shooting spree. Limiting the size of ammunition magazines is one of the goals of a new political action committee formed by Giffords and Kelly.
The couple was interviewed in Tucson by CNN for a segment that aired Tuesday evening.

His Glock holds 19 rounds. The Giffords shooter had an extended magazine which held 33 rounds. The MSN and the state of New York and several others consider both magazines to be “excessive”. However, the wording in this article makes it sound as if Giffords gun complies with the restricted size magazines the Dems want.

Now, let’s see if I get this straight.
The shooter hit someone with his shots. Gabby injured, the next victim injured, Judge Roll dead, the others shot or killed.
So we limit him to 10 rounds.
So now the shooter still hits 10 people with 10 shots, the same dead are still dead. Gabby injured, victim 2 injured, Judge Roll still dead, then the others.
So we ban the 9MM. The shooter now uses a 7 shot .45.
Gabby killed, victim 2 killed, Judge Roll still killed, the the others most likely killed.
Gun now empty, so he pulls out his second one like the Edmond OK Post Office shooter did.
So we ban all auto pistols. Now the shooter uses a .357 mag.
Gabby dead, victim 2 dead, Judge Roll still dead, then the others. Then he drops the revolver, grabs his second one and continues the carnage.
As you can see, for some reason these idiots think all hits with a firearm are done with the bottom cartridges in the mag while all the top rounds only make noise.
I think the hypocrisy is Kelly.
I don’t think Giffords is capable of making even irrational judgements.
Kelly works for Elon Musk now, so that explains it.
