Texas law allows deadly force to be used on an LEO is they use unnecessary deadly force on a citizen.

At Waco, the ATF bailed out of those trailers with guns blazing. They did not even try to properly serve a warrant.

If the Davidians had "ambushed" the ATF (as the ATF claimed), most of 'em would never have made it out of the trailers.

Well the Republicans are pretty sneaky then, because they’ve apparently fooled the GOA into thinking there’s good chance the Dem legislation will get voted down. I guess we’ll see.
