Oath of Office - U.S. Senate
senate.gov ^

Posted on 04/12/2013 11:58:21 AM PDT by Jim Robinson

Upon taking office, senators-elect must swear or affirm that they will "support and defend the Constitution." The president of the Senate or a surrogate administers the oath to newly elected or re-elected senators. The oath is required by the Constitution; the wording is prescribed by law.

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Any senator who fails to support and defend the second amendment which most definitely is part of the constitution is a TRAITOR!!

Traitors beware!!

DON'T TREAD ON ME!!

Surely there must be some provision or law where they can be removed from office?

Would require functional branches of government, but every single one of them is in the hands of the socialists.

We The People is nothing more than a quaint reminder of a bygone era.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

John Adams quotes (American 2nd US President (1797-1801), 1735-1826)

Everything you need to know about why the Bill of Rights is under attack is summed up right there.

The time of the ballot box is over.

The time of the mail box has passed.

The time of the soap box is rapidly ending.

That leaves only one box left.

Get yours, while it's still legal...

My God, then that whole oath is mere window dressing, an absolute con game which scams trust from the people. That is outrageous, that has to end. Any politician who breaks that oath should be held accountable immediately. Above all the people have to rise up and get out of this mindset that our PUBLIC SERVANTS THAT WE PAY FOR are not effin’ Royalty!

The 2nd amendment is also the only amendment that has the phrase “shall not be infringed”. That was put in there by the FFs specifically to make it quite clear that they did NOT want it f—ked with! And look what is happening..amazing, it’s completely ignored. You just know gun fights with the feds are going to break out if they trash this right, and I have no doubt they will resort to their Waco tactics.

Alexander and Corker, y’all don’t own my vote.
They might as well be Democrats.
