“....automatically back up photos and videos to the cloud.....”
********************************************************************
GOOD business/home security video recording systems can now incorporate this feature now also. Gone are the days that the perps can find the recorder, remove/destroy the tapes and thus permanently eliminate this piece of evidence.

Random drug testing for cops. Including steroids.

They claim they want help identifying the cop, but they won’t even tell the jurisdiction?

In a time of universal deceit, recording the truth becomes a revolutionary act...

And cops wonder why the public no longer trusts them.

Frankly, I'm puzzled m'self...

I gurantee you that if the police had killed either of the ladies in the truck, they would have found it to be full of drugs and guns. police forced today have morphed into one more street gang.

Where was this event at? It looks like a San Diego beach area, but I can’t tell for sure.

There is the SD card another poster mentioned, but cops have gotten wise to that and destroy the SD card separately after smashing the phone.

There are now apps you can get that pipeline the video directly to the cloud, thereby rendering this jackboot thug tactic useless. The tech stays a step ahead of the pr**k.

Obviously the cop was wrong on the weapon allegation and overreacted. But if your are confronted by police and the cop gives you a direct order, repeats it, and his voice is becoming angry — It is prudent to submit. When things become calmer, try to discuss the issue to him or a cop supervisor in a non confronting manner. To not submit leads to a bloody head and night in jail.

Cops keep pushing and the wrong people will begin to fixate on them. Then the real fun will begin.

LEO’s loyalty is now to the union and not the tax paying public.

Cop(s) sure look guilty of assault and destruction of private property.
The filmer probably could have said sure after the 2nd threat and walked away, having all he ‘needed’ but not seeing the expression on his face and/or body language he at least sounded reasonable and, the Cop ‘kept his cool’ and no one was shouting BUT smashing the phone and throwing the guy on the ground is definitely ‘over the top’ and the guy should be looking for another line of work.
If the kid gets a settlement, it more than likely will not come from the person that assaulted him and the citizens of the jurisdiction will get to pay for the cop eventually being a total jerk.

” We don’t need SWAT teams in every locale in this country. They have become uncontrollable.”

Now, they have SWAT teams in areas that have almost ZERO crime.

The Youtube poster failed to give a location. He asked for help in identifying the police individuals but didn’t even name a city and state.
