Perversion of the language will have that effect; ABORTION has nothing to do with HEALTH. Calling a murderer a DOCTOR just changes revulsion to respect.

Will murders and genocide be included in Obamacare? Maybe this case will cause a change in attitude and rather than have the ‘Health Depts’ monitor abortion clinics - the local sheriffs should be assigned to close them as crime scenes.

Please forgive me for being off topic, but I'm going to consider this one of those rare and wonderful (as R.L. likes to call it) teachable moments.

Turning the other cheek.

At the time, the widely practiced Jewish canon required "An eye for an eye" type of revenge. They strongly believed every outrage should be resented and it usually led to more hatred and strife.

Matthew 5:39 is telling us that personal revenge will not bring us peace, and that we should seek for satisfaction in another way.

In other words, "Turn the other cheek." is a warning to not become the bad person that harmed you.

Also keep in mind the examples given are being struck on the cheek or having a cloak stolen from you... a far cry from murdering tiny defenseless innocent babies one after another year after year.

And IF you still feel "Turn the other cheek" applies, then it would be the dead babies that were harmed and they who could consider turning the other cheek... verses seeking revenge by stabbing the doctor in the back of the neck with a pair of sharp scissors, but of course neither is possible.

Feel free to disagree! :) I know I interjected my beliefs into the conversation and I totally understand that action may subject me to a certain amount of abuse! It won't hurt my feelings. :p

We know that these deranged vermin exist and are growing in number...but what are we going to do about it?

I know EXACTLY what I'm going to do if I ever come face-to-face with one of these vermin but finding them is a bit difficult when just about everyone else is going on about their stupid trivial lives.

I seriously cannot wait to die in battle against these...things. My worst nightmare is being 80 years old, sitting in my rocking chair, and reminiscing about the time when the last drop of good vanished entirely from the world.
