Shocking surveillance video appears to show a Nebraska bus driver, now identified as 43-year-old Troy Fischer, punching a passenger over and over before dragging him off the bus and abandoning him on the side of a road.
The two had reportedly been arguing beforehand, and Fischer can be heard yelling in the clip: What did I say about the next question you ask me? WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT THE NEXT QUESTION YOU ASK ME? You remember? WHAT DID I SAY? I SAID DONT ASK ANY MORE QUESTIONS!
The passenger advances on the driver, rolling his eyes and saying something along the lines of: You said, yes sir.
The driver then stops the bus, shoves the passenger with both hands into a seat before punching him a reported 18 times. He can then be seen dragging the man off the bus and abandoning him on the side of the road.

The victim is an instant winner of litigation lottery. He will now wind up a multi-millionaire.
The driver needs a good lead injection, into his brains, execution-style.
The animal has to be put down as an act of mercy.
Did he call the driver the H word?
Sue him for everything he owns.
Most likely the reason for why he didn’t fight back. Take a beating and win the lottery.
An empty bus, but he’s standing by the driver? It sounds like it was an innocent question.
Seems to be a lot of angry people these days.
The driver seems to actually care enough to look to see if a car is approaching before dragging the passenger out of the bus and dumping him in between lanes and re-entering the bus to leave.
It's reported that the bus driver was given a ticket and fined for the events. Littering perhaps?
Because lone male passenger on an empty bus who refuses to take his seat and constantly distracts the driver seems to be a prime candidate for immediate and forced removal from the bus.
Yup. My thoughts too.
Goad the driver into violence (driver dumb enough to fall for it) - proceed to millionaire row. Pretty good payoff for a minute's beat down.
However, being as it's a black on black crime - may not go anywhere
Did the driver not know that there were cameras on the whole thing???
I'll bet the man in the video knew.
Why do I get the feeling that there is more to this???
Yeah, I'd like to hear the questions the bus driver was being asked before he exploded....maybe he was goaded into his reaction?
LOL...you and I have the same thoughts on this.
But the bus driver is white.
Do you think the whole thing was staged? Maybe the driver, that some think is a loser, and the passenger concocted the episode so they could both cash in.
It’s always a possibility — a strong possibility
Something seems awfully bizarre about this incident — especially when you see how it was posted on YouTube without any details.
In this messed up economy I'm surprised we aren't getting lots of staged incidents where the gov't shells out a few million or hundreds of thousands. Maybe we are and this is one
Put up a camera anywhere and people will perform for it.
“However, being as it’s a black on black crime - may not go anywhere”
What about the fact that Fat Benjamin, of the infamous Scheme Team, may need to leave Florida id the Federal Court looks into his behavior.
I ride the bus every day here in Los Angeles, and bus drivers have to put up with a lot of nonsense. My standing rule now, after 3 years of observation is, if the bus driver attacks you, it was your fault.
You ain't seen nothing yet...from both sides.
I am not defending the bus driver, but we are only seeing what happened at the end of their encounter. The passenger was standing near the driver on an empty bus. Apparently, he was trying to provoke the driver for some time. I think there is much more to this incident. Anyhow, the driver should not have acted the way he did.
Yes, it would have been better (legally) to simply pull over and toss the guy off without the punching. But I still think that guy had it coming. As I said, I know this personality type. They enjoy upsetting other people, and they don’t stop until someone smashes their face in. It’s the only way they learn.
I didn’t learn to drive until I was in my 50’s, so buses were a way of life for me. People often stood beside the driver and asked questions. Sometimes friends of the driver (or regular riders) would sit near the front and talk to the driver the whole trip.
The dude’s driving a bus. People are going to talk to him. Shoot, people will yell and curse at him. If he can’t handle the public, he needs another job.
Yes, everyone knows you warrant getting beaten in the face 17 times for being annoying. *sheesh*
Anyway, here's that video: http://youtu.be/2vQ8j-EN2eM
Yes, you do. Well, maybe 5-6 would have been enough, but...
