Shocking surveillance video appears to show a Nebraska bus driver, now identified as 43-year-old Troy Fischer, punching a passenger over and over before dragging him off the bus and abandoning him on the side of a road.

The two had reportedly been arguing beforehand, and Fischer can be heard yelling in the clip: “What did I say about the next question you ask me? WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT THE NEXT QUESTION YOU ASK ME? You remember? WHAT DID I SAY?…I SAID DON’T ASK ANY MORE QUESTIONS!”

The passenger advances on the driver, rolling his eyes and saying something along the lines of: “You said, ‘yes sir.’”

The driver then stops the bus, shoves the passenger with both hands into a seat before punching him a reported 18 times. He can then be seen dragging the man off the bus and abandoning him on the side of the road.

The victim is an instant winner of litigation lottery. He will now wind up a multi-millionaire.

The driver needs a good lead injection, into his brains, execution-style.

The animal has to be put down as an act of mercy.

Fire him.

Jail him.

Sue him for everything he owns.

Most likely the reason for why he didn’t fight back. Take a beating and win the lottery.

An empty bus, but he’s standing by the driver? It sounds like it was an innocent question.
Seems to be a lot of angry people these days.

Huh, guess I really am weird. Someone who distracts me while driving is usually warned a few times before being dropped off on the side of the road.

The driver seems to actually care enough to look to see if a car is approaching before dragging the passenger out of the bus and dumping him in between lanes and re-entering the bus to leave.

It's reported that the bus driver was given a ticket and fined for the events. Littering perhaps?

Because lone male passenger on an empty bus who refuses to take his seat and constantly distracts the driver seems to be a prime candidate for immediate and forced removal from the bus.

Yup. My thoughts too.

Goad the driver into violence (driver dumb enough to fall for it) - proceed to millionaire row. Pretty good payoff for a minute's beat down.

However, being as it's a black on black crime - may not go anywhere

The Lincoln Journal Star reported that investigators have been unable to reach the man in the video, who provided an address and phone number to police on the day of the attack.

Did the driver not know that there were cameras on the whole thing???

I'll bet the man in the video knew.

Why do I get the feeling that there is more to this???

Yeah, I'd like to hear the questions the bus driver was being asked before he exploded....maybe he was goaded into his reaction?

Just wondering.....

LOL...you and I have the same thoughts on this.

But the bus driver is white.

Do you think the whole thing was staged? Maybe the driver, that some think is a loser, and the passenger concocted the episode so they could both cash in.

Something seems awfully bizarre about this incident — especially when you see how it was posted on YouTube without any details.

In this messed up economy I'm surprised we aren't getting lots of staged incidents where the gov't shells out a few million or hundreds of thousands. Maybe we are and this is one

Put up a camera anywhere and people will perform for it.

Reportedly, the question the passenger kept asking the driver was, "are we there yet"?

What about the fact that Fat Benjamin, of the infamous Scheme Team, may need to leave Florida id the Federal Court looks into his behavior.
