A private school that is not an open and strong “Christian” school is equivalent to Harvard or Yale. Yo are just paying extra for the public school poison.

yeah we are looking at a Christian school, but it is not problem free either, although I think preferable.

What you should look for is the “drop out” rate,
and by that I mean,

how many kids raised in Christian households
and going to a particular type of school
leave the faith by the time they leave college.

IIRC, the King of France wasn’t lecturing anyody about their beliefs.

It was the revolutionary Directoire of Robespierre that changed the calendar, forced people to address each other as “citizen” and “citizeness”, and beheaded thousands either for their titles or for criticizing the Revolution.

Your analogy might apply to the rise of Napoleon, who executed large numbers of revolutionaries as likely troublemakers, and put France back on a more rational if imperial track.

It’s also leading to divisions within the nation that we have not seen in generations.

The year 1860 comes to mind.

The government needs to disarm the population before the real crisis begins. When America’s economy finally collapses, the cities are going to become ungovernable and the government is going to force people into the countryside as the only means of feeding them (Can you imagine what Chicago would be like with no jobs and no working infrastructure? The 1930s riots would look like a picnic). And the only way they can do that is to seize the land of those who already live in the rural areas. At the point of the gun if necessary.

Then that would be as successful as the "land reforms" in Zimbabwe. Chase out the people who actually know how to farm and put in a bunch of new farmers who don't know how to run the equipment or what to plant.

. . . the fat lazy union workers have priced themselves out of the market in my opinion and American white and black workers do not slave the way the Mexicans do here where I am anyway.

My brother, who lost a home contracting business because he was following the law, hiring American workers and paying them fair wages when his competitors were opening hiring illegals and paying them cash under the table made the same observation.

But he also observed that once they got accustomed to the American way, they, or at least their kids, quickly discovered that they could get the same bennies by sitting on their asses and drawing a government check. California is full of those types.

You are just paying extra for the public school poison.

You've got that right!

People forget that Harvard was originally founded as a Divinity School to train preachers of Puritanism. The left is now more puritanical with their perverted values than the puritans ever were with their straight values.

I don't know for certain but I strongly suspect that out there somewhere are organizations (the dreaded "illegal militias") that are taking down names, addresses, and photos of the oppressors, for later use.

These ‘name takers’ will not be able to penetrate the perimeters of the bunkers already built and stock for the survival of the oligarchs. The government has made multi-year orders of ammo to be delivered asap (immediately perhaps?) because they already know the date certain of collapse is fast approaching when they will be ‘evacuated’ to their bunkers and defended by their ‘police force’.

IOW, it was founded to undermine and eventually eliminate the role of the Church of Jesus Christ in public affairs - and they are still at it.

Maybe the French did the right thing in 1793-1794?

"Obama" and his masters are the heirs of the French Revolution.

If their police force is stupid enough to follow them they deserve all the contempt possible from their countrymen.

As Sam Adams put it:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”
