It was really screwed up Neil Cavuto was reporting the explosion was on the third floor of a building. In watching the footage, it was obvious the upper floor damage was the result not the source of the blast
Steel ball ammo for slingshots were available on KMart and Walmart racks last time I looked. Far easier and cheaper to acquire than shot rounds.
Easy to confuse the steel shot with ball bearings.
