Saudi Arabia deports 'irresistible' men deemed 'too handsome' to women
The Telegraph ^ | 4/17/2013 | Romil Patel

Three men were forcibly removed from an annual culture festival in Saudi Arabia and subsequently sent back to the UAE after it was deemed that women could find them irresistible.

The delegates from the UAE were in attendance at the Jenadrivah Heritage & Culture Festival in Riyadh, the Saudi capital when religious police officers stormed the stand and evicted the men because “they are too handsome,” according to the Arabic language newspaper, Elaph.

“A festival official said the three Emiratis were taken out on the grounds they are too handsome and that the Commission [for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vices] members feared female visitors could fall for them,” Elaph reported.

Saudi Arabia is a deeply religious and conservative society which forbids women from interacting with unrelated males.

Following the incident, Elaph said the festival’s management took swift action to deport the trio back to Abu Dhabi, capital of the Emirates.

The UAE released an official statement indicating that the religious police were anxious over the unexpected presence of an unnamed female artist in the pavilion.

.....And we are friends of this country in question?

You know how OPEC is over 50% Arab, albeit spread out over a dozen countries? Imagine if those Arab countries were a single country, a unitary empire as in antiquity. That's why we're friends with these countries - to have an excuse to intervene if any one of them decides to become a modern Saladin. If we hadn't done Desert Storm, Saddam might have unified the Arab world. Think about what that would have done to oil prices. Apart from oil-related repercussions, here's a historical footnote - the last time Arabia was unified, Arab armies got within 200 miles of Paris.

There's also the fact that Desert Storm is the first war in which 2/3 of our expenses were covered by the Saudis and Kuwaitis, who handed to us $40b. As allies go, the Saudi and Kuwaiti royals have been pretty staunch, although they've had to make allowances for a populace that is pretty anti-American. It's unfortunate that this is the case, but short of the deportations of their entire populations to Mars, we won't get friendlier governments in place than the rulers already there.

Everytime I see a picture of an arab in one of those “robes” I think of that poem from my childhood about Wee Willie Winkle” (ran thru the town. Upstairs and downstairs in his nightgown”.

Look at any picture of marrying age Muslim “men”, and you will see a load of the most scruffy, wasted, useless human debris possible.

Centuries of inbreeding will cause that.

Spot on except that handsomeness has little to do with marrying lots of women in fundamentalist Islam. It is typically wealthy men simply buying them. The woman has pretty much no choice and they are traded like cattle for cash, business deals, etc. Poor handsome men often have affairs with the neglected wives but rarely marry desirable women.

“Hey Ahmed, your little girl there is growing up fast. Would you take 10,000 Dinars for her hand? I promise not not consummate until she turns 14, Allah willing.”

Of course not a word from the feminists. It is even considered “liberating” or some such nonsense for western women to visit these Islamic hellholes. Mental programming of the highest order...

To Islam, women are lower than pigs.

And yet, our ball-less MSM, feminazis, congresscritters, and other life forms of equal low mental ability continue to defend this “religion”.

It’s coming folks.

Keep your powder dry.

But also remember too, they are good for fighting among themselves.

They don't do it for entertainment. For instance, Hamas doesn't fight with the PLO for fun - it does so because the PLO stands in the way of Hamas's domination of the Palestinian population. (We are sponsoring the PLO because the alternative is Hamas). Similarly, Sunnis in Syria are hoping to stamp out the Alawites, much as French Catholic nobles exterminated the Cathars during the 13th century Albigensian Crusade.

These things happen for the same reason other wars happen - the parties disagree on who should rule. Stalemate occurs only when the parties are unevenly matched. In Afghanistan, if the Taliban hadn't helped al Qaeda stage 9/11, it would be the ruler of all of Afghanistan today, having finally overrun the Northern Alliance after over a decade of significant financial assistance from both Pakistan and wealthy Gulf Arab donors (possibly hoping to develop private armies they can use to seize power from the existing Arab rulers).

Consider the culture before you ask. Remember, what you call handsome, may no be the same in their culture...

What is it with Muslims and women? In Saudi Arabia women must be covered from head to foot least they “tempt” men. Women cannot go anywhere without a male relative escorting them. Yet married women are treated like property and can even be beaten for disobeying their husbands. Polygamy and child marriage are legal or tolerated.
