Careful Colonel, don’t step on your crank. They’re just hoping you’ll do something stupid.

All should remember why LTC West retired from the military. His unit had captured an enemy with specific knowledge about IEDs planted in a road a convoy from his unit was about to take.

The enemy refused to talk during interrogation, so LTC West pulled out his .45 and fired a round into a sand bucket, or somewhere else safe. The enemy immediately gave up information most likely saving the lives of several of LTC West’s men.

At his hearing, West pointed out that there were no further ambushes against American forces in Taji until he was relieved of his leadership post on October 4.

A letter supporting West was signed by 95 members of Congress and sent to the Secretary of the Army.

The important lesson from this is how it is very unwise to mess with people LTC West cares about. He cared so much for his men that he ended his career. Imagine how much he cares for his wife?

“If it’s about the lives of my soldiers at stake, I’d go through hell with a gasoline can.”

“..rovoke him into anything that would disqualify him from serving in public office again...”

Which is probably exactly what they’re trying to accomplish.

But a man has to protect his family. No matter what.

I’m sure he has many, many friends in law enforcement - folks on our side of the aisle. If so, they should lend him a helping hand in any way they can...

The students from Florida Atlantic University who have gone to my wife’s office, stalked her at the FAU Board of Trustee meetings, and sent letters to her company headquarters...

A violation Florida Atlantic's student code of conduct, no doubt.

The same Allen West who voted in favor of the indefinite detention without trial of American citizens?

The same Allen West who voted in favor of ObamaCare before he read it?

The same Allen West who publicly stated he wants "Justice for Trayvon©"?

That Allen West?

These slime are trying to provoke him into actions he can’t do. And, if he does, they win.

Perhaps others can independently decide to take up his cause for him.

I thought he was gonna go all bat man on somebody.

Not enough Americans in the country to vote for a guy like him and I doubt that the GOP would back him. Too risky, they would say and they will go for a RINO.

I agree. Ninnies, criminals, and idiots make up the majority of the voting public, apparently.

I’ve said since he put the pistol in the arab’s crotch that West could be my wingman anytime, any place. If he needs help now I’ll help him get it. The thot of Butt stroking a bigmouth punk gives me that ol’warm fuzzy feeling and BOY does this bunch have it coming.

Tired of the political correct men in today’s society, cowarding to these leftists tactics.

Sorry, but out brave Col. West just pussificated.

He was shown The Cold Case Posse's evidence on the forged BC, the false SS #, and the phony Selective Service Registration.

He said he agreed with the evidence 100%
He thinks the documents are forged.
BUUUUT ....He said he would not publicly endorse the findings
"...because he wanted a future in politics."

He also did a very lame job IMNSVHO on contesting the fraudulent election that cost him his seat.

Good post Sarge. He was my favorite until I woke the heck up. I’m still a bit pissed at my old butt for first supporting this guy. What a dummy I was! The nazi style NDAA crap he voted for was the last straw for me. NO TRUE conservative supports the Hitler’s 1930’s Germany era type NDAA anti-American garbage.

Already a student, member of Democrat group on campus, has filed a complaint with FAU police saying she feels unsafe to be on campus due to West’s online threat.

And so it starts. The students were entering her office un-invited and calling for her to be fired. Has to do with a deal over a stadium. The contract was awarded to group that operates a prison and the prison has been accused of mistreating prisoners.

Comments at various websites are bringing up the fact he put a gun to someone’s head, was relieved of duty, is a right wing wracko...etc.

Bear in mind, West was a stand-up man who backed his troops to the hilt in wartime. He held my high regard then.

It was when he joined Congress that his integrity lapsed. We may never know the reason why, but I look on those three events as an epiphany.

Especially the last one: color of skin trumps content of character?

I couldn’t agree more. I have read his men would have gone thru hell for him. Any leader who’s men felt that way about him puts him A-1 in my book. That was then. That is why his turning to the ‘dark side’ so to speak after his Military career is/was so hard for me to get past. I still can’t believe it. I was pulling for a West/VP—Sarah/Pres. ticket in 2016. I have seen a lot of Pres. elections come and go and I was really looking forward to ‘16 with Sarah/West but now I do not know what the heck we are gonna do.

And that will forever be the difference between us and the Communists.

We hold our leaders to a standard, and we expect them to adhere to principles. And when they fall short, we call them out on it, and expect them to rectify their actions.

The Left will maintain their cult of personality to the death - either of themselves, or their opponents more often than not. No dissent, no criticism, no questioning.

We are sovereign citizens. They are minions.

The same Allen West who voted in favor of ObamaCare before he read it?

I had the pleasure of meeting FRreeper Allen West at the 1st FReeper Tea Party convention in September in 2009, which coincided with the larger Tea Party March on Washington, DC.

Funny. I don't recall seeing you at the FReeper convention.

Since ObamaCare passed in March, 2010 and since Allen West was not elected to Congress until the fall of 2010, and not one Republican House or Senate member serving in March 2010 voted for ObamaCare, perhaps you'd like to walk back your clearly uninformed statement.

FReegards!

It is clear from your own admission that you have no interest in posting truthful statements or doing your homework before you post.

Allen West has done more to stir angst, fear, and trepidation within the ranks of the Left in ways that neither you nor any of his other guttersnipe detractors on this board can possibly hope to claim any similar level of success against the enemies of conservatism.

Allen's been in the trenches and you've been ... behind a keyboard directing "friendly fire."

Who needs ya.

As opposed to someone who sits in a rally and sings kumbaya at a drum circle?

You pop up anonymously on a thread and castigate me for pointing out failings in your personality cult hero, and ping JeanS because you can’t fight you own battles.

And of course, you denigrate any other combat veteran who doesn’t agree with you. How liberal.

You never did answer me about the other points I made, either. More liberal. Attack the messenger, because you can’t refute the message.

Don’t talk to me about trenches, muffin.

Two very good additional points, too.

I watched the Florida vote with horror. He started to contest the results, and I hoped he'd stick to it, but pulled up before the finish line.

It’s your opinion. I like him because I know where he is coming from. He did try to fight for his seat though there was too much corruption for him to prevail. Like he said upfront, he did not have millions to fight the case. I would had done the same. The story was about him defending his wife not being wimpy. The BC case isn’t going no where since his media has his cover. Maybe later in the future, when most of us are dead. Have a good one.

Damn, I had forgotten all about that response to the Cold Case Posse findings from West! Thanks for the reminder KB. (I had also forgotten West’s Travon comment
before it was mentioned on this thread.) And this is a man who I once supported for VP in 2016? Good God.

Wrong word.

"Forgot" implies negligence or innocence. "Forsook" is a deliberate act, to further an agenda.

He FORSOOK his oath.

Christie, maybe the West case is just a natural consequence of the late-stage corruption of The Two Party System, and a dying Republican party. However,

(a) He did try to fight for his seat
He folded like a cheap suit, damaging the cause of fair elections, just like every other damned RINO rascal one might care to name. He could have easily raised the money to contest the case.

(b) The BC case isn’t going no where
So what? Are the documents false, or not false? He believes them, he said, to be false. I do not demand that any public figure take a stand, just admit that there is an issue here and ask for official clarification. Keep the heat on The Mombasa MF, and let the chips fall where they may.

(c) defending his wife not being wimpy.
Bravo! Every noble gesture sincerely appreciated.

That is true. A number of morons at FR have criticized Allen for not taking up the BC cause as a result of his meeting with them.

Gallup and Zillo are pissed that Allen won't do it, as they both related in one of Gallup's recent broadcasts.

Allen is trying to get himself back into Congress, not carrying a torch for something that he can't effectively do anything about personally. Doing so would be a distraction to his campaign.

Fact is until we have both the Senate AND the House we don't stand a chance of making hay about Obama's BC bona fides.

Let's get FReeper Allen West back into Congress where he can become influential again in 2015.

FReegards!
