An arrest has been made in the Boston bombings investigation based on two videos showing images of the suspect, a federal law enforcement source told CNN's Fran Townsend.
Boston University graduate student Lingzu Lu has been identified by the school as the third person who died in Monday's bombings at the Boston Marathon.....

Taken into custody and charged are two different things. The media confuses the two all the time.
It may be that someone has been taken into custody, but not yet charged. Some in the media hear “taken into custody” and think “arrested”, others hear “not yet charged” and think “not arrested yet”.
Didn’t these dummies know there were cameras everywhere?

Megyn Kelley trying to keep it transparent. Two LE people said an arrest was made. Two other LE sources said ‘no arrest’.
The FBI has cancelled one presser - moved it to 5:00 p.m.
Now Megyn ‘officially confirming suspect not ID’d and no arrest imminent.
If their was more than one suspect, the announcement of an arrest might cause the others to go dark and flee. I can see why LEO’s might want to squelch such a story.

No they aren’t. They’re slow because they want to get it right. Remember Sandy Hook? I remember Freepers SCREAMING for the name of the suspect to be released. (In the desperate hope it was a Muslim). And then a name was released. And it was the wrong guy (the perps brother). Take a deep breath.
According to Rush, DHS has just said NO ARREST has been made.
CNN and NBC, et al, are walking their arrest statements back.
