Based on those and some other pics of the guys in tan pants, we’re pretty sure they’re LEOs of some sort.

They are both in the exact location of where the bomb blast occurred. You can see it is exactly the location judging the distance they are standing from the railing and the brick work on the ground. Also is that the blue dufflebag remnants you can see strewn on the ground after the explosion?

There is a point where speculation turns into something else. Of course everyone is a suspect, and investigators are going to pursue every avenue of inquiry. But we know next to nothing about the actual investigation, and have only a tiny fraction of the pictures and video that they have. Here btw is the "cover story" from one of the persons of interest (it doesn't clear him, of course): one helluva cover story.

Wrong photo. The one I was referring to had a photo of a guy with a black back pack standing next to a guy that looked a little like the Saudi guy. It’s the photo that is all over the web, and is included in the same batch as the photo you posted.

The same kind of media reaction occurred right after the OKC bombing. The media waited for the official story on how they should spin the tragedy for the maximum amount of political effect.

No you don’t understand - I saw that photo that you’re talking about too numerous times today but this photo fits the description more with the FBI or reports of dark skin guy wearing black...etc

Based on their appearance and location, IMHO it is more likely that the guy with the wire to his ear and the black backpack (labeled as suspect #1 above) along with another guy similarly attired who was standing with him near the buildings were part of the security for the event.

And therefore they failed miserably as they didn't notice a bomb placed right in front of them.

There is another picture of this guy and a compatriot together. They look like they are quasi undercover govt of some sort. Dressed the same with cargo pants and combat boots. Saw other pictures post blast of similarly dressed guys helping out.
