IF RUBIO'S AMNESTY IS SO GREAT, WHY IS HE LYING? ... Ann Coulter
Ann Coulter Dot Com ^ | 17 April 2013 | Ann Coulter

Posted on 04/18/2013 12:15:14 AM PDT by Rummyfan

When Republicans start lying like Democrats, you can guess they are pushing an idea that's bad for America. During his William Ginsburg-like tour of the Sunday talk shows last weekend, Sen. Marco Rubio was the Mount Vesuvius of lies about his immigration bill.

Here is how Rubio explained the powerful border-enforcing mechanism in his bill on "Fox News Sunday," which he denied was merely a meaningless goal:

"Basically, Homeland Security will have five years to meet that goal. If after five years, Homeland Security has not met that number, it will trigger the Border Commission, who will then take over this issue for them."

So the water torture awaiting the Department of Homeland Security if it fails to secure the border is ... ANOTHER GOVERNMENT COMMISSION WILL BE CREATED! Take that, Homeland Security! Ha -- we have you now!

The only thing more frightening than "another government commission" is a "strongly worded letter."

Rubio said his comprehensive immigration plan isn't amnesty because "amnesty is anything that says 'do it illegally, it will be cheaper and easier.'" But, he assures us, it's "cheaper, faster and easier for people to go back home and wait 10 years" -- as the law currently requires -- "than it will be to go through this process that I've outlined."

Then why is he doing it? If it's "cheaper, faster and easier" for illegals to apply for citizenship under current law, what exactly does Rubio's plan accomplish?

It's hard to trust Ann anymore since she left the conservative camp a couple of years ago, but in this matter she is entirely right.

Good for her, but it would go a long way in my eyes if she apologized for some of her nonsensical trashing of her conservative common sense in the past couple of years.

So, if the feckless mess known as DHS can’t get the border secured, we’ll form a commission, who will fail as well.

Stop with the games, Rubio... your intention all along has been to give full citizenship and voting rights to these invaders.

Like to see some eruptions from Tootsie or the Cubano Volcano on this part of “amnesty”.

TWO QUESTIONS ON AMNESTY

(1) When is the treatment of American citizens in Mexico and their rights vs US treatment of Mexicans going to be an issue when we discuss amnesty ?

This is a question: Should Mexican citizens when in the US be given the same rights American citizens are given while in Mexico? This has yet to appear on any US legislator’s questionaire from either chamber....ASK YOUR FEDERAL LEGISLATORS WHY IT HASN’T

(2) What makes it necessary for US to subjugate our sovereignty because of available cheap labor ? While we encourage wholesale abortion as the Godless Demo-Coms socialists encourage population control and abortion Then complain the US is not reproducing enough citizens to replace its aging supply of workers to keep our welfare ponzie schemes supplied with tax money and keep the system working.

Ever hear of reciprocal aggrements ? These are arranged to protect the rights of American citizens working or living in other countries.

Why is it when it comes to citizens of other countries we are required to offer them the same privledges as we do to US citizens? But when it comes to US citizens who get in trouble or attempt to do business in other countries they do not get the same treatment their citizens get.

Americans can’t own coast land in Mexico. And get no title to it elsewhere. If they run out of cash they’ll get unceremoniously sent back or wind up in the calabose until some relative comes up with the “fresh”. That’s just for starters as for granting them voting privledges yea let’s give Mexican citizens that right when American citizens vote in their elections

MyFoxPhoenix.com

The gang of eight is expected to present a complex immigration plan next week.

Will the American people support it?

"If they first will make sure the borders are secure then I think American public will be open to hearing what bureaucratic regulatory solutions are, but first and foremost is securing the border," said Palin.

Palin, Brewer talk immigration reform

This week immigrants living in this country illegally will likely find out what they need to do to become U.S. citizens. Lawmakers are days away from announcing details of the most sweeping immigration reform bill this country's seen in a quarter century.

"There needs to be truth in this issue. The American public can't keep being told that the border is as secure as ever or more secure than ever when that is not true," said Palin.

Brewer and Palin said they are anxious to see exactly what lawmakers in Washington have come up in regards to immigration reform.

The bill is expected to include details of a guest worker program as well as a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million immigrants living in the United States illegally. The proposal will also outline steps the federal government needs to take to secure the border. Both women agreed the border needs to be secured before any talk of amnesty.

Right. When directly asked she defaulted to what McCain was spouting a couple of years ago: “Border security first, then we can talk about next steps”—which is simply slow amnesty.

But with months of the Gang of Eight preparing to ram this through in Obamacare style (force a vote before anyone can actually read, let alone mobilize people against the actual verbiage in it), Gov. Palin’s been silent. Meanwhile, she’s been Tweeting and Facebooking up a storm on other issues that will all be lost causes once 30 million-plus illegals start voting.

I like Palin, but she’s been AWOL on this issue, which is the single greatest current threat to this country and conservatism.

Massive voter fraud (again) and 6+ million of the Conservative Base stayed home and didn’t vote.

4yrs of Romney would be 100x better than 4yrs of 0scumbag.

He wasn’t my choice either, but he was “what’s for dinner” on the “2-item menu”, dammit. Look what we’ve got, now.

The past 4yrs were horrible; the next 4 are going to be catastrophic and probably unfixable.

Mark Levin used to say something along the line of, “Get Romney into office; we can deal with him later.”

I was never a Rubio fan, because his whole argument for his political future was his biography (and not policy). Rubio was all "up from immigrant" success story. In the year after he was elected, Rubio was invisible. Rand Paul was making a name for himself with policies and action. Rubio was nowhere to be seen.

This year, Rubio steps forward to take his place on the national stage. His forum? The Gang of Eight. Rubio came out and told us that not seccuring the border first was a "deal breaker", when questioned about his association with Schumer, McCain and Grahamnesty.

Now, the deal is out, Rubio is on board with instant amnesty and no border security.

Rubio has destroyed himself politically. He's destroyed his credibility. He's lieing, lieing, lieing.

Is it going to be easier or harder for Republicans to deny welfare to 20 million newly legalized illegal aliens than it is for them to simply say that people who have broken our laws should not be on a fast-track to citizenship?

Its obvious Rubio is engaging in double talk hoping to speak so fast no one can quite understand what he's saying.

I do not give him the benefit of a doubt - he is knowingly flim flamming conservatives and should be held to account at his next election.

I've spoken with Rubio's office three times (and several other Senate offices, too) regarding the much talked about back ground checks they will perform on applicants for citizenship.

My question to them is whether cross checking voter registration roles will be a part of this process. It is a question they won't answer, so obviously it will not.

Therefore, in their eyes it is not only OK to cross our border illegally it is also OK to illegally vote in our elections which in turn denies honest American citizens their lawful vote.

MORE DOMINICAN DIRT---The super-secretive criminal latino underworld is now infesting the US political system. The collusive tight-knit coterie of conspiratorial political operatives have one goal----to loot the public treasury, and act as a pressure group to advance Third World ambitions. All attempts to lift the veil of criminality is met with cries of foul. But that should not be a deterrent

Dominican Republica native Nelson Castro, the Bronx, NY, was recently arraigned on a 4-year-old perjury indictment--Castro lied under oath during a 2008 city Board of Elections hearing; Castro denied knowing two of his own campaign workers who boosted Castro's election chances using Votino Fraud---registering numerous illegal Dominicans to vote at home addreses.

Democrat Castro got wired to save himself, and recorded several crooked legislators receiving bribes--one lawmaker actually "sold" legislation. Castro is cooperating in other investigations of corrupt politician — including his fellow Dominican state Sen Adriano Espaillat---who is being investigated for money laundering tax funds into so-called do-go9od Dom9nican-centered "charities."

Democrat Dominican Castro's woes began in 2008, when the Board of Elections began examining Castro’s eligibility to run as a resident of the 86th district. During an Aug. 7, 2008, hearing, Castro lied under oath, denying he knew the votino fraudster-- Steve Santana--- and Desdemona Cruz who was on a candidate-selection committee looking to put Dominican natives on the ballot to increase latino powerin Albany. Cruz and the selection committee anointed Castro as candidate. Castro's previous life of crime---and his extensive rap sheet---did not deter the Dominican selection committee.

===========================

NOTE WELL The fact that illegal Dominicans used home addresses of Castro, his campaign worker (and other Dominicans?), means they are probably registered at their own addresses, as well. How many times did these people vote? All Dominican candidates should be nailed on this.

==========================================

CASTRO'S LIFE OF CRIME NOT A PROBLEM---Castro's extensive rap sheet was apparently not considered a deterrent for state office. The candidate selection committee used corrupt Dominican standards---a Third World satrap where everything is for sale.

<><> a 1989 felony arrest in Michigan for larceny. Michigan court records show that 19-year old Castro pled guilty to a misdemeanor conspiracy and was sentenced to 180 days probation.

<><> In 2003, Castro was arrested again in New York, this time for grand larceny. He was accused of pocketing $4,900 in unemployment checks while holding a job. He pled guilty to petty larceny, repaid the money and was slapped with three years probation.

<><> Then in March 2008, Castro was arrested a third time — for driving in East Harlem with a revoked license and as a scofflaw who owed more than $3,000 in parking tickets.

Even more disturbing revelations followed--lying under oath, votino fraud, and that emocrat Dominican Castro forged petitions for public office.

WERE TAX DOLLARS USED TO FINANCE VOTINO FRAUD? In a cruel joke on taxpayers, this shyster Castro chaired NY state Assembly's "Task Force on New Americans."

------------------------------------------------

Every govt budget, agency, committee, and bank account under Castro's control should be examined with a fine-tooth comb for govt fraud, racketeering, conspiracy, collusion, nepotism, secret LLC accounts, and money laundering, wire fraud, tax evasion, etc, etc, etc.

Taxpayers must demand that L/E subpoena copies of Castro's legislative district (1) checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) bank account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, employment contracts, salary agreements, and, (8) all legislative district financial books/records. Scrutinize Castro's legislative district bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) request for withdrawals.

=========================================

NY POST UNCOVERED ANOTHER DOMINICAN REPUBLIC VOTINO SCAM----FACILITATED BY "HISPANIC FEDERATION" :

EDITED/ EXCERPT The NY-BASED Hispanic Federation has a $22 million treasure chest of public monies. The non-profit federation mysteriously pays out small amounts, from $400-800, to individuals---but fails to detail on official documents the purpose of the outlays---as required by law.

An unnamed federation insider told the NY Post that the payments subsidize votino scams. The insider confided: "I use federation funds (public monies) to pay a lady for bringing latino seniors to a Democrat political event. The Hispanic Federation promised to send the lady and her family to her homeland----the Dominican Republic----in exchange for rounding up votes.”

VOTINO SCAM COVER-UP---A federation spokesman called the allegations “simply untrue,” saying it ONLY provides funds for those in need of disaster relief. The Hispanic Federation spokesman explained the unrecorded payments were for families of victims of American Airlines Flight 587, which crashed in Queens in 2001, or "other people in need."

===========================

NOTE WELL The fact that illegal Dominicans used home addresses of Castro, his campaign worker (and other Dominicans?), means they are probably registered at their own addresses, as well. How many times did these people vote? All Dominican candidates should be nailed on this.

==========================================
