He’s being deported because when the FBI was searching his place to find out if he “did it” (i.e., the bombing), they found out that he didn’t - BUT - they also found out that he was a “national security risk”. Hence ... he’s being deported!
That’s the kind of thing that happens to a lot of people who are examined by the authorities. The person may not be guilty of what the authorities are looking for - however - something else pops up that causes trouble for them. And that’s what happened with this guy.

I don’t believe it. If it is true then it is just like saying that a Saudi can kill and main dozens of Americans and the US government will do nothing. That is insane, there must be some kind of mistake here. I refuse to believe it.

It doesn’t sound like a mistake to me. What the government is doing sounds entirely reasonable.
The authorities searched his place, and went over everything about him with a “fine toothed comb”. And while they didn’t find any connection to the bombing - they did find out he’s a national security risk. Hence, they are deporting him.
That’s what you do to people who you realize are national security risks, but they haven’t done anything yet. You don’t allow them to stay in the country to be able to “do something”.
But of course, and the USA now produces more oil then Saudi too. /s

That said, we don't purchase Saudi oil, so making them happy to keep that supply flowing doesn't make sense.
OPEC countries need to sell their oil just as badly as other countries need to purchase it, so the prospect of them closing the spigot isn't that great.

We’ll also note here that the FBI says that THESE PHOTOS (that come from the FBI itself) are the ONLY ONES the public should look at. Any other photos on the Internet will not help the FBI. They are EMPHATIC about that!

Who are they? Why are they there? What are they doing? Who sent them? etc.
Are they undercover BPD? Undercover some federal agency? Completely plausible. Maybe they are there to monitor. It is a large crowd, maybe DHS was monitoring.
Maybe there was intelligence and extra precautions were taken.
