Looks to me like he’s talking with the guy in the blue jacket. And neither one of them looks “white” to me.
But remember ... I carry a backpack and when I’m standing still I often set it on the ground at my feet.

i have only seen one pic of the blue robe guy, with a backpack on his right arm—looks like he could easily place it on the sidewalk from that position.
But I haven’t seen a series of pics with him in it. He looks around 40 or so.
These other two young guys have been ID and they are not suspects, yet their pics are flooding the airwaves this morning.
We also need to identify whether the pictures we are looking at are from bomb site #1 or #2.
Two? I don’t get it. When you go to the website, and carefully look at all the pictures, there are 5 or more suspects. At least three of them look like mid-easterners. A couple of them look white, which doesn’t mean much because lots of “mid-eastern” looking men are not muslim and lots of “white looking” men are muslim. The point is that all of the suspects—white or brown—are probably Jihadists. Color is a big deal to the liberal media despite the fact that the Jihadist ideology is not superficial.
