I am asking every reasonable American to help me tell the truth about the cowardice these senators demonstrated. I am asking for mothers to stop these lawmakers at the grocery store and tell them: You’ve lost my vote. I am asking activists to unsubscribe from these senators’ e-mail lists and to stop giving them money. I’m asking citizens to go to their offices and say: You’ve disappointed me, and there will be consequences.

I see this as about 2014. The Dems want to distract from the economy and use a wedge issue. “Gun control” polls well with suburban women. Note hardly any outrage about all the dead inner city kids. Just beat us over the head for months with the dead (white) kids from CT. Shameful way to troll for suburban women voters. But I guess we know Dems have no shame.

The Federal Government is one of delegated powers (functions). It is not anointed by God to solve all the problems of humanity; not even all the problems, real or imagined, of American citizens. Another case of where this poor unfortunate woman is being used as a pawn by the RATS. The RAT word of the day is “cowardice” when describing those senators who voted against the anti gun measure. The real cowards are those who voted lockstep with obama to avoid his wrath. This measure was nothing more than an attack on the 2nd amendment as another step toward confiscation.And those pubbies that voted for it, McCain, Collins, Toomey et al should not be forgotten, when primaries come due.
Yes, I am sure she wrote this. Someone needs to tell the staffer who did write it that we mothers don’t run into our federal-level lawmakers at the grocery store. Perhaps the staffer’s maid runs into a lawmaker’s maid now and then.
