It should be sent to each of the victims of the bomb. Maybe it will help them heal knowing the monster who blew off parts of their body, is now being judges by his God. The real Allah of the Koran doesn’t condone killing children or women. he doesn’t approve of people being killed without warning! Soldiers, warriors, who are armed—maybe OK—but innocents, is not part of Mohamed’s teachings. They jihadists have twisted the dogma so they can do their evil work.

Sometimes “Due Process” begins and ends with a LE contact. I believe this chap received all the process due in light of the obvious circumstances. However, gloating by anyone in this case is worse than tacky.
