The doctor describes “massive penetrating injuries”, which is how I would describe what I saw at the comment link, No sign of large numbers of bullet holes.

For perspective: I’m sure the post-mortem photo doesn’t compare to the grisly photos of Kermit Gosnell’s victims or of Jodi Arias’ dead boyfriend. The first trial which was never covered and the second trial - which (thankfully) has disappeared from the MSM.

Some of the info has been that he was wearing a suicide vest that detonated ... this could be a source for massive penetrating injuries and could explain the facial discoloration (burns/blast injuries).

I posted the image on an earlier thread alongside my favorite pic of Che Guevara. The post got pulled. The earlier thread was about how the image is being emailed among law enforcement officers.
The large gash in his left side was apparently left by doctors in a desperate attempt to restart his heart.
Reports are that he’s an American citizen a/o 9-11-2012 - no waterboarding, but he’ll probably get a nice lawyer at taxpayer expense.
