Well of course...Older brothers can be a pain and it’s not out of the ordinary for older brothers to talk the younger brother into killing and maiming totally innocent people with bombs. He was likely bullied by big brother about his big nose.
Obviously, this was no ordinary big brother. I don’t say #2 should or could be forgiven for his acts, but it seems to me he never would have come close to anything like this if he had been on his own. I’m going largely on his behavior during the manhunt. He was just trying to save his own skin, and making a good showing at it, too. It was his brother that went out in a blaze of glory.
